Great array of items. Have been before and had a really good experience here. Hate to write this negative review but the employee working on 5/13/24 was too rude for me not to make this post.We are from out of town and I had a friend request some specific stickers from this store. They are charged per sticker so I asked the employee what the price was per sticker. She replied and I thought everything was okay. But as soon as I went to check out she was incredibly rude. Rolling her eyes and giving very sassy replies. She asked where we were from then seemed to get more annoyed. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Incredibly rude experience. 80% of the people going through Pike Place are tourists. If this is how you treat other people, good luck getting a job outside of selling stickers.

If your country of origin doesn’t fit the employee's agendas, be ready to be treated lousy.I was exploring the store leisurely for 5,6 minutes until I was urged in a snobbish manner, I might add, by the employee, to buy the item that I found, because she was going to close, 2:45pm. I did. No receipt has been provided, even after I asked. She just refused. The store itself wants to be cool, but it stays that way, it just ‘wants’ to be, actually, the store is rather lame, I found one item to purchase, and I looked. Even the rubber duckies are lame. There is a nice store,( I think on the same floor, right around the corner) with really nice products such as collectibles-pop figures, graphic novels, coffee mugs, interesting posters and such.

The best punk/maximalist store ever! They are not only pretty damn afordable in comparison to other punk/alternitve stores in the seattle area its also just cool as hell! The staff was super kind and welcoming to me and my friends and i swear every time i go there its the most fun experience ever! 10/10 recomend to any punk or alternitve or maximalist person to stop by and take a look:3

First review on Yelp, I think. That was my experience, I don't want to hurt no one. 1. If your country of origin doesn't fit the employee's agendas, be ready to be treated lousy. 2. I was exploring the store leisurely for 5,6 minutes until I was urged in a snobbish manner, I might add, by the employee, to buy the item that I found, because she was going to close, 2:45pm. I did. No receipt has been provided, even after I asked. She just refused. 3. The store itself wants to be cool, but it stays that way, it just 'wants' to be, actually, the store is rather lame, I found one item to purchase, and I looked. Even the rubber duckies are lame. 4. There is a nice store,( I think on the same floor, right around the corner) with really nice products such as collectibles-pop figures, graphic novels, coffee mugs, interesting posters and such.

Wanting to follow up on my review from a few days ago. It's odd that the Yelp and Google reviews for this place were stagnant for months/weeks but after my negative review suddenly there are multiple 5 stars reviews the same day I posted my review. I'm attaching a screenshot of a conversation I had with the owner where they completely missed the point of my review. "Sounds like you got your money back" -- only after MULTIPLE attempts to show the employee my bank statements. Only after she was so rude that a couple left the store and almost didn't ask for their money back until my friend and I tracked them down and let them know all they need to show is their bank statements (She didn't even ask them for proof of payment). Only after having to deal with her HORRIBLE attitude for no reason. And, if I paid in cash looks like it would be a lost cause asking for a refund according to their lack of response to my question. My original review was meant to provide constructive criticism to how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, it seems like nothing will change considering there has been no feedback from the owner on whether or not the employee was spoken to about her attitude. Considering there are multiple reviews complaining about this same employee, seems like these concerns I'm voicing are landing on deaf ears. Very sad to see from such a promising store.

We had a very bad experience. We got there around 2 pm and were told the store was closing. The store hours state until five. We then went again the next day to look around and we’re told again after she stood right next to us the whole time that the store was closing. The lady was very awkward and rude to customers. I would not recommend this place.Response:The lady working actually only kicked out my friends, while the other people were allowed to stay in the store. I don’t think she had to use the restroom as she continued to work. Both times we were there way before closing and not trying to stay late.

I came by a few days ago and the person working- I think her name was clementine?- helped me find a really cool gift for my notoriously difficult to shop for little brother. I haven’t been here before but am looking forward to coming back! :-)

Cool little hole in the wall shop for vintage clothes, posters, and other oddities. Probably the coolest shop in Pike Place. Plus they have pinball and a photo booth.

Went in today, Sunday 12/10 around 3:30pm and whoever was working was extremely rude and awkward. Made my husband and I feel so uncomfortable. She told us she was closing soon even though the hours said they were open until 5. We were confused about what had happened when we left. Bad customer service, monotone voice the whole time, I said have a good night when leaving and their response was “bye” in a condescending tone….

Fun little shop with weird stuff. Kind of like a vintage punk + kitschy rummage sale. Def worth hunting out in PP market.

Looking for something fun, different, come here. This is below the busy market stalls at the pike place market. So come in and cool down and get away from the crowds. This place is like a cousin to Archie McPhee. There's a fortune, telling Cat, Japanese cat items, throwback things from the 80s, and so much more. Take a look at my photos. There's so many great little fines down on the lower level at the pike place market.
