Customer service was very good and the guy that checked us out was very helpful. Honestly I do not care if a jersey is real or not, because nobody is going to rip the shirt off my back and accuse me for purchasing a fake jersey. I got a great deal for the Bruce Lee Seattle Soundeds jersey and it is great quality.

This place is pretty cool! It has a pretty good selection of Seattle sports merch! Good alternative to the Pro Shop on game day, and it even has Seattle Sonics gear, which is awesome!

It was a total knock off. I went to the Seattle Sounders vs Motagua Honduras game not to long ago. And I bought the new sounders jersey, their Legacy jersey, and it I saw that it said authentic, so I spent $130 on it. Came to find out, it was a total fake jersey. I’m never EVER going there again. I basically just threw my money away.

I purchased a light weight Mariners jacket on 5/14/18 to wear to the game on 5/18/18. At the game I noticed there was a defect on the jacket that I had not noticed when I bought . On Monday 5/21/18 I called to ask about exchanging and they immediately offered to exchange the jacket, ship to me and to donate the coat to someone in need!! As a a result this will be my spot to shop and can't wait to return to their store for Seahawks football season . Amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much!! The coat was appreciated by someone in need!!!

I recently ordered custom lettered football jerseys from OnTheField for a church event. When they arrived, everything was perfect except that two of the jerseys were mixed up size-wise. I called them immediately because our event was just days away. They immediately took ownership of the issue, saying they would remake the jerseys and get them to me in time for my event. Sure enough, I received an e-mail just a short time later indicating that new jerseys had just been shipped via 2nd day FEDEX. Mistakes happen everywhere, but how a company responds tells you everything you need to know about them. Their response landed them in my contacts list for doing future business. This is a stand-up company.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My family and I came in during a busy Seahawks game looking for a Wagner jersey and they treated me with the utmost respect and helped me find the right jersey I was looking for despite the long lines before the game. They love their Seattle sports teams as well, doing whatever they could to help us find what you're looking for!

I'm always able to find a great hat, t-shirt or sweatshirt for 50% whenever I go, or bring my friends down to the stadiums. I contacted the owner recently too, and they donated a Doug Baldwin jersey to my dental hygienist raffle ticket program : ) : )

Always able to find great deals on Mariners, Sounders and Seahawks merchandise when I visit. Their customer service team is responsive, and knows when and where I might find the gear I'm looking for if they are not carrying it.
