The washing machines do not work well, the change machine does not work, there is no number where you can contact in case of problems with the machines, quite expensive for the service they provide (large washing machines are $7.50 and small ones are $5.50 to $5.75 depending on if you want to wash with hot water) and the soap dispensers in the machines are dirty. They do not have machines that sell soap, fabric softener, or dryer papers. It leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it.

This might be the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. I do a lot of laundry for my airbnb cleaning business. This is the closest to my home. More than half the machines are out of order. They only have 2 large use machines. There is no bathroom, I had my daughter with me and had to drive away to find one. When I got back I caught someone trying to steal my clients linens. I will never go back.

Very dirty, over half of machines out of order. No functioning change dispenser. Worst place I've ever patronized in Seattle. Also very expensive ($5.50/$5,75 per load. Owners sjoild be stuffed into one of the few working machines and put on spin cycle.

This place is a price gouging dump. Machines are 75% out of order, prices are ridiculously high, and it's filthy. Do not recommend.

Good for basic laundromat service. No amenities (no change machine, laundry sundries, bins for transporting from washer to dryer or attendant on duty). Most of the machines were working, but a few were out of service and some could use a cleaning.

Almost all of the washers are out of service. App said first purchase free but charged me for my first load anyway. Scam

When I first walked in I was annoyed that they had no one there and did not have the typical rolling carts that most laundry mats have on location. I am disabled and had to carry my laundry by hand in between washers and dryers and then out of the facility to my car. Then more trouble with my attempt to get quarters. The machine would not take my money. I finally figured out the technology and had to use money from a card in order to use the washers. There was no sign stating the machine was out of order.. little did I know this would be a problem with the dryer too. No sign, it just didn't work. I paid for a dryer 4 times that didn't work and had to move my laundry around a bunch of times to get it dry. I will not go there again because of the cart issue. I will say it was clean compared to other laundry mats I've been to in Seattle. I really miss Sit and Spin the old Seattle laundry Matt where you could play board games get a beer and some food while you did your laundry.Tech has completely taken over taking away jobs and fun away from actual humans and it's shameful.

Gets the job done, you can download the qpp to pay for washer/dryers or bring cash there's a change machine. Reasonable prices!

Maybe I caught this place just after a thorough cleaning because my experience was totally different from what others have posted here. The floors were spotless, trash cans emptied and washing machines and dryers were relatively clean. The machines can be paid for with an app and also they take coins. The app wasn't super accurate as far as time, but the machines I used had my correct payments and times anyway. But other than washers and dryers they have no other amenities that I could see -- no detergent vending machines, no water fountain, no bathrooms, and not even paper towels to wipe other people's hair off the washing machine doors. But maybe the lack of amenities is why this place was nice and quiet when I was there. So bring everything you might need before you go.

So much abandoned trash and filthy washers. 7 of the regular driers don't work. One left we did not try due to already losing so much money. Bless those who left notes warning of the broken machines. No quarters on site. Mobile pay is a rip off and timers run out quickly on big driers. Will never be returning.

Fully automated laundromat. No humans, but not to worry, A.I. is here to handle your every whim and knows exactly what you wan, long before you know it yourself.Don't forget your smartphone: all machines accept the PayRange App; available on Google Play and Apple App stores.WARNING ⚠️Doors to the building automatically lock at 10pm sharp and won't open again until the following morning. Any clothing left in the machines after 10pm are subject to the late night gremlins who are known to favor modern fashion.

Please fix the automatic door lock hours. Your posted hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Yet, it's always a gamble if the door is unlocked at 6:00 am, especially when the clock shifts in the spring or fall. Waiting around 20 mins for the door to unlock is ridiculous.

This place is absolutely horrific and a ripoff. Prices doubled in recent weeks, $6-8 for a load of laundry. Can't bother to make quarters available on site. I one available if questions or maintenance needed. Machines don't all work and not noted. Dryers are awful. Just go anywhere but here.

It's relaxing to wash my clothes here and get away from people. No one was at the laundry mat when I went. Loved it.
