“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. Mark Akers was tremendously patient with me over the phone, helping me review service records, highlight failure points of the 993 and ensuring that I had all the necessary facts going into the purchase. Additionally, even though he was short staffed, he was extremely generous to open up a slot for me to bring the potential in for a pre-purchase inspection on a very short noice. He handled my situation with pure class and I have nothing but the highest remarks to say about Mark and his business. Would come back for any service/maintenance/repair needs without a heartbeat.”

“Nicest car caring people in town… or probably in the country! I’ve gotten my oil change in the past in places like Los Angeles, Tucson AZ, Orlando, Bonney Lake, and most places are just grumpy or jaded so it usually makes me dread going to get my car checked and then here I am neglecting my car.
I found Moss Alley on google and it was the closest place I could find after getting a busted hole in my tire. Moss Alley Motors has SUCH nice friendly and accommodating people working here that it makes me feel like I can comfortably get my car looked at and maintained. They called and texted and emailed me for following up, updates, and making sure I had the latest info on my car. I have a pretty busy life too so it’s helpful they try to reach me in all the good ways possible.
I received 4 new tires, oil change, and a set of new brake pads. I can feel and see all the wonderful new changes in the car. Everything drives well and almost new. Did everything I wanted and more.

“We have gone to doctor don's for over a year now for a wide variety of issues for my 2008 prius. Things I really appreciate about them is that they always give a good price and solid expectations. They have always been thorough and go the extra mile to see if parts are covered and if so would send me to get it fixed at the dealership.
They always talk with me with respect. Which as a women gives me a lot of trust in their expertise and faith they will not try to oversell me. Overall I'd always suggest them but with the caveat that they don't always have space or time so you might have to wait a week or more to get your car fixed.”

“I've been taking my cars to Speedee Lube for years now and cannot recommend it enough. Bao has done work on everything from oil changes to axle replacements, transmission fixes, you name it. Expert work, honest, and reliable. Instead of up-charging you for parts, he will tell you what to order yourself, saving you a ton of money.

“I bought a car from a friend in Seattle, and we determined it needed a new battery before I drive it back to Michigan. I happened to have a 30% off coupon for Pep Boys pop up on my phone when I called for roadside assistance, and this shop had my battery available and good reviews for working with Volkswagens.
I drove over and they were willing to take care of me as long as I understood it could be a while. I had no problem with that since I walked in with no appointment or warning.
There were a couple other quirks with my 20 year old Jetta they alerted me to (which I already knew about and will repair when I get home) and I appreciated them telling me and not being pushy about anything.
The customer service was excellent. The pricing was fair. And my car starts and runs like a dream. They even made sure I had a store near me so I can take advantage of the 36 month warranty if needed. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I have to say, I'm super impressed with the team at Jeff's. Got my old 2008 Lexus into the lot just as it died, and they went over everything with a fine toothed comb. I got the estimate via text message, and walked through it with Brandon. Then, Brandon worked on getting cheaper parts!! He saved me about $900 off the original estimate. Who does that these days?!?
And as promised, my car runs like new, ready for another 100k miles. Super friendly, excellent advice, and outstanding knowledge. Can't say enough good things about Jeff's!
*Adding on another great experience. I brought a project car in for some assistance with the oil pan, and they were happy to give me an itemized list of things to fix on it, broken down into high, medium and low priority. Plus, they pointed out things I would need them for, once I got to that point. They did this for my Lexus, too, and I find it super helpful, since they tell you things that will need some attention *before* it becomes a problem.”
