i quite literally was about to 9999 my pants so i walked to the far back looking for a toilet but it was locked! thank god front desk person gave me the code without even asking a question.

Jordan is the greatest staff member I’ve ever come in contact with at any Office Depot OfficeMax. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was extremely friendly. She needs a raise just for being awesome.

I wanted to get some coloring sheets printed but wasn’t sure how to do it on my phone. I felt nervous at first coming in as sometimes workers get frustrated when you can do services online. I got to the store and someone greeted me very kindly with a smile so I felt comfortable enough to ask for direction. She sent me to the copy & print station where Kalista was such a kind and accommodating worker! She was very patient with me — as technology can be difficult. She was very sweet and helped me get exactly what I needed and in a timely manner! I concluded my trip and was again, kindly set off by another worker (I think a manager) wishing me a good day. I never write reviews but I had a very good, quick experience here!

(Below is my previously posted review and my updated response, below my review, after hearing from Office Depot.)I purchased an ink cartridge at Office Depot and at the checkout counter, the salesperson asked me for my email address and phone number. I gave them both without thinking at the time and gave them my credit card to pay for the purchase. The salesperson proceeded to take my name from the credit card which seemed odd and then asked if I wanted my receipt emailed to me which I said yes. When I got home, I received an email saying that I had signed up for the Office Depot Rewards program at the store which I found frustrating. The salesperson never mentioned anything about the Rewards program to me and I would have declined it since I don't shop at Office Depot often enough to benefit from it. Signing up a customer without their knowledge is poor business practice so I would never recommend this Office Depot to anyone. Also, after receiving the email, I never opened an online account since I have no desire to open one.(This is an update to my review of the North Seattle Office Depot. After my review, I received an email from the sales manager who mentioned that I will be removed from their Rewards system and that they will instruct everyone to only signup customers who are interested which I greatly appreciated.)

Was so pleased at the cleanliness and service at the Office Depot on Aurora. its not a very good area anymore, but once inside you forgot about the street . Service was great, he was very helpful. Carried my floor mat out to the car for me.

The ink I needed was gone from the shelf so I assumed they didn’t have it. Costco didn’t sell my ink. The Amazon source I checked was also out, so I was disappointed. Narinder, a staff person at Office Depot, asked me if I needed help finding anything. So I told him that the ink I needed was out. He looked in the back and found the ink. I wasn’t going to look for someone to ask because I had already assumed there was a product shortage. Narinder came up to me and asked. So I’m going to be able to print the docs I need without waiting more days.

I placed an order for pickup and the store marked as picked up even though I did not. The manager confirmed that they still had the item with them and it wasn't actually picked up; I am still waiting for the refund for the cancelled order after telling the manager on phone to cancel my order.EDIT: I am already in contact with Office Depot to resolve the issue and awaiting their conclusion.
