Excellent customer service! Came in looking for some protective glasses, and spoke with Jake at the counter. Jake had some suggestions, and explained how different styles might fit different needs. After I asked about the different lens options available and the ease of switching out lenses, Jake explained that he had never switched the lenses before. He immediately pulled up a tutorial video, learned the process, then promptly showed me how to do it. Jake's willingness to help explain/walk me through the process swayed me towards buying a pair.
After finding a pair that fit, I asked if the store had a specific frame/lens color in stock. The store didn't, but Jake & Drew helped order the exact frame/lens combo I wanted. The checkout process was simple, and I'm excited to get a new pair of glasses in a few days. Big thanks to Jake and Drew! One of the two reps were knowledgeable, both were helpful. I had picked out NINE pair of glasses the night before, intending to look at each the next day in store. They had NONE of them in store! There was only one style in store that I would even consider. And that style only had two colors out of the twelve in stock. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this was a pretty bad experience.

Went here to get some new lenses because my old ones just didn’t quite fit right.
The salesman Jake helped out immensely! I say this because “usually” you never get good customer service these days. Jake was super knowledgeable of the product and very friendly. My go to sunglasses place now.

Great customer service. Walked in looking for a military ballistic lens and frame for an upcoming period of service. Employees shared I could get the item for less on a military specific site but I needed the item right away and appreciated the help and non-pushy sales tactic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

I showed up maybe 15 before close. Was looking for a specific color combo they didn't carry and Anthony went and tried to build custom to what I wanted, he could tell it wasn't exactly what I wanted and was low pressure sale only wanted a happy customer and encouraged me to check online and order direct to get something I would be happy with. He's a real pro and will take good care of anyone who walks through that door. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase here and from him in the future.
