Jason was helpful with my purchase of a 2015 4 door Mini Cooper S. As a specialist in Mini, he answered every question I had as a first time buyer. I learned that the car is mostly BMW parts which inspired confidence in the purchase. He took my car as a trade in and gave me a great price. I'm very happy zooming around in my Mini and will be returning to Northwest Euro for service.

I came here to buy a mini and the service was pretty good. Salesperson was not pushy and open to help. I did end up buying from a different dealer though because I felt I was getting a better deal.
I tried to get my mini serviced here though and their policy is only to service the people who bought from them. That was a bit of a bummer and the person on the phone was a little rushing and trying to “cut to chase” a bit too much for someone like me who takes a bit of time in learning and likes saying “hello”, “good morning”, “thank you”, etc..

Love my new mini!! The team there are super knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have. Buying process was super easy. They know how to take care of their cars and their customers.

Really good experience! I traveled a couple hours away for a mini I bought from them and they made everything a breeze! Very nice people who always are helpful and answer any questions I have as well. I would recommend going there for your mini to anyone! Thanks again!

The owner, Jason was AMAZING! Made me feel very comfortable when I told him it was my first time purchasing a mini explained how they were different to drive and let me test drive a few, very patient worked within my budget and wasn’t pushy at all. I’d recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a mini he also does work on the mini’s he fixes and sells so you also get a GREAT deal there. Really great service 10/10 recommend!

What a positive experience. I purchased a mini for a very fair price. I wanted some additional paint detail work going beyond a normal scope, Jason got me scheduled with his detailer for a very reasonable price. Northwest Euro clearly knows providing a positive customer experience will maintain a customer base that keeps coming back. Northwest Euro knows their minis and I will be back when I'm ready to purchase my next one.

I just bought a 2012 mini convertible!! I had wonderful service all around. He filled my tank, replaced the rear mirror and was so kind. Definitely buy your mini here ☺️

My experience at northwest euro was absolutely amazing! Jason was so accommodating and he was open and honest with us throughout the entire process. They truly are not like any other dealership and care about you and your mini! A huge bonus is that they inspect every mini they get in and will fix any issue they find, so you know you’re getting set up for success!
I’m looking forward to working with them in the future :)
