I walked in as a first time buyer without insurance, a plan to finance my purchase, or any of the necessary paperwork to get these processes started. Kurt and Flo were helpful and incredibly patient with me, and I was able to drive of the lot in my new purchase the same day. Great service, friendly people.

Inquired about a Mercedes they had and was told it was in stock just come on down. I got there and the car wasn’t available claiming they sold it last night. A month later and the Mercedes s320 is still listed on Facebook marketplace.

This place scammed me I bought a Altima from this place after two months the car completely stopped, it jus stopped on me one day when I was running errands. I came to the office multiple times they ducked & dodged me every time I came their. I called many times left messages never returned my call never tried to reach out & help me come to some kind of resolution. These people have no morals, or honesty!!! Lied straight to my face when he said it was a good car & he stands behind every vehicle in the lot. Very sadd!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. This was my first time car shopping and I wouldn't recommend. There's a lot of background to this so with that I will share all of it and you further decide. 1. They wouldn't give me the deposit back after me having to return the car. I only found this out because I called to report a issue on the car that is when they decided to tell me ( after a week of having it) that the paperwork fell through and I would have to return it anyways i completely ignored the disrespect I've tone, I found it strange that I was the one who contacted them to find this out. I told them I was in Portland nd wouldn't be able to bring the car back today and I would bring it Friday ( meaning the upcoming Friday) - they never contacted me every time we spoke I called them. I called again asking to speak with the owner who I was then told didn't want to speak to me and wouldn't be as nice to me as the other person was being - i was completely confused on why anyone had an attitude when im the one who had to return the car and I was being respectful. 2. Yes I got a car but it wasn't until a few days later that I needed a jump to start my car because my back lights couldn't turn off. When I took the car to a shop they said the brake switch had gone out and needed to replace I replaced it. Also let me throw in I left that lot on E they wouldn't fill up the car for me the owner put 20$ in the car for me to test drive and when all the paperwork was done the car was on E again and I asked him to fill it up after he claimed he would when the paperwork was done and he gave me another 20 nd said I need to be thankful he even did that cause car lots don't do that. ( later on in this story he lies about putting 60$ in my tank so that's part of the reason I couldn't get my deposit back) 3. Not only did they not give my deposit back they tried to lie and say I put 800 miles on the car cause they claim I said I drove to Oregon when in no shape or form did I say that I said I was in Oregon nd wouldn't be able to bring the car in cause I was in Oregon. You guys I had the car for a 2 weeks- when I got the car the miles where at 99,559 When I returned the car the miles where at 100,067 if you're good at math you know that's not 800 miles it's 508 to be exact cause I was driving from downtown Seattle to Renton or Kirkland due to work. They claimed I would get it as credit to another car on the lot if I ever came back. 4. My car smelled like wet dog and the owner claimed it was due to it being detailed and them soaking the seats and keeping the windows rolled up during a hot summer day and the smell would disappear after a few days - ( it never did I had to get 4 car fresheners so I couldn't smell it once the car was turned on) Since than I have gone to Hyundai in Renton and purchased a wonderful car. With no issues & was beautifully detailed and no scratches or dents and they filled my tank up completely. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE DO SO.

Went in to view and test drive 2014 Dodge Challenger they offered me a great deal on my Chevy and even cut the cost of the challenger down. Customer service is great very helpful and mindful staff definitely plan on returning for my wife.

Crazy numbers, they trying to figure out how to reach that price of the car while making the most profit they can.Once they know the monthly payment you can afford, they can combine the trade-in value of your used vehicle with the price of the new car and financing terms to hit your payment figure.
