These places are a great place to stay, I just don’t like the fact that the tenets below me are allowed to smoke marijuana and they get away with this, I had to miss work because the smell made me really sick. So i do hope that they get stricter smoking rules!

I stayed here via a VRBO rental (unit 105). I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone for 1 reason - you can hear all the footsteps that your above neighbor takes. It is a nuisance that no one should have to deal with. There is also no air conditioning and this is an issue during the summer. I paid almost $1800 for a 6 night stay, by the way. The manager, Marjo, is also very nice in person, but very pushy about leaving a 5 star review to falsely advertise her rental.

We stayed here as a VRBO rental for unit 105 hosted by Marjo Bru. Apparently, she is also the property complex manager. I have no idea if she is even allowed to have a unit as a short term rental or not, but that is besides the point. The unit is advertised as having air conditioning, but does not! That is one of the main reasons that I booked the place (false advertising?). Also, there is no sound insulation - you can hear all the footsteps of the upstairs neighbor. I traveled with my family and this really freaked my kid out. In addition, the batteries in both the remotes for the tv needed to be changed out so you couldn't really even watch tv and even worse, the internet was through Comcast and was spotty at best. The host is very pushy for a 5 star review, but expects you to leave the place pristine, which is impossible if traveling with young children. I would not recommend living in an apartment complex that allows for short term rentals like this for all of the above reasons.

My experience was good until I moved out and management said that we ruined "the new carpet" and took out 330.00 from our deposit as a cleaning fee. I moved into the apartment with and dirty and stained carpet and I have the paperwork to back it up but it's being ignored. I am currently looking into fighting this charge. They already take a couple hundred dollars from the deposit it as a fee and then try to steal the rest, shame on them! To all the new tenants TAKE PICTURES for proof when you move in, apparently you can't trust the management and I do mean Marjo and Dennis!

Overall pretty good. There are obvious downsides that it's close to quite a busy road. The other major downside was multiple weeks of roof work which was quite intense banging that it was troublesome to be inside the apartment. Also we had a smoking neighbour and the vents would bring the smell into our room, the management did take action quite quickly for this issue. On the bright side our apartment had a nice view from the living room, was spacious and had pretty good soundproofing, in unit washer dryer all for a decent price.

I love our new place! Beautiful view, the apartment is spacious, sound proofing is good, and management is awesome! Marjo is such a sweet woman, and her husband addresses issues IMMEDIATELY! I'm very happy to be here! We also have a parking spot in the garage downstairs (which is included in rent) and the walkability is really good.

Very happy here. The only thing to watch out for is getting to your delivered packages ASAP. A few times our packages were opened by someone....
