I had a great experience here until this last year. First, they don’t offer the 3 year rabies vaccine so I had to go somewhere else for that. Second, my cat was having appetite issues and I needed to get him in right away and they couldn’t for over a week. Third, cat was scheduled for a vaccine and exam weeks in advance which I need to get done before I go into labor later this month and the vet calls out sick leaving me hanging last minute. This has been a frustrating year with this vet clinic.

Edit: in 2024 I can no longer recommend this clinic. The doctors on staff have changed quite a bit over the last few years and the service and care level has gone down as a result. I brought my younger dog in for lab tests twice earlier this year and never received the results. The clinic would claim they left voicemails, sent emails but they were never received by my family after several requests and follow ups. This led to my pets infection spreading because of the delay, and I finally got results only because I took them to another clinic.
Also they still years later auto-text me asking to make appointments for a deceased dog after reminding them multiple times they previously hand delivered his cremains to me.

Original review 2019: Dr. Park is awesome and has taken good care of our 14 year old dachshund for the past year. The office is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I really appreciate that they are open Saturday!

I Never ever leave bad reviews..not my style, but feel so wronged by this vet, I feel responsible to give feedback. Been long- time customer here with both my cats since they were kittens.
Came in to get revolution ( for cats fleas) and updates rabies shots. Vet talked me into additional shots I didn't really feel my cats needed (being totally indoor only) but told me he'd take off the vet visit cost for 1 cat $85- ( even though they saw both cats together and vet examination took approx 10 minutes total). Ended up paying $30 more than I had budgeted for "$330.00 total, but figured I would make it work within my budget.
Got home to realize they never gave me the revolution. When I called them, I found out they removed this from the treatment plan! This was the whole reason for my visit!!!! Had to pay another $70! And drive all the way back to pick it up. They were not clear about this at all! Why remove revolution from the treatment plan? This was the main thing I had scheduled the visit for. I had communicated. this several times.
The vet said he would not budge...
Lost a loyal customer for sure. Also have recommended many friends and family over the years...no longer. It's bad business to do wrong by a loyal customer and not make it right, A vet that is comfortable losing a long time customer over $70 may not be the right provider...

The employee of Chelsea Clinic ordered catering for all the staff, promised the employee dordash that she would add tips after lunch, as the order for 10 people was 0$ tip, did not keep her word, deceived the person whose job depends on tips. So they treat their clients who bring their faithful friends to them for treatment in the same way, with disregard. It's just shameful ...

Truly the least organized clinic I've ever experienced. Multiple times they messed up my appointments (didn't have the proper staff on site but also didn't notify me until I showed up, so I had to reschedule, just to have the same thing happen), they also kept incomplete records about my pet causing issues when I tried to get their vaccinations, and they even struggled with the basic task of filling my prescriptions (giving me the wrong doses, not having their dr sign the order), etc etc etc. Sure the staff is nice, but that doesn't make up for a lack of professionalism and basic competencies. Incredibly frustrating handful of months and I will not be returning.

Tried to call them to get an estimate. The woman at the reception spoke like she couldn't understand a word of what I am saying because of 'my accent'. so I literally couldn't get her to respond to anything, even though I spoke to 3 clinics beforehand and never had a problem!

We have been taking our now 15-year-old tortie to Northgate Veterinary Clinic for about a year and a half. They treat our deaf and defensive MazelTov with patience. Our questions are answered, and time is spent explaining procedures and possible treatment plans. She has been in for routine check-ups and dental extractions. Follow-up calls are made to check on the patient and to see if we have any other concerns or questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of care from everyone at the clinic.

Don't go here. This vet is extremely money hungry and they don't care about your pets well-being unless it means they can squeeze you for every penny possible. We moved away and they REFUSE to give us our dogs prescription (even though they agree he can't even miss a single dose). We ran out and they refuse to work with an online retailer for us to get access to our dogs meds. We ended up driving 2 hours back here to get 2 weeks worth because of their refusal saying they would at least get us a written prescription. However when we got there they refused to do that. They said they could only in "good conscious" get us a written prescription if they saw him again. We don't live here anymore and that's just ridiculous. However, they can in "good conscious" risk sending my dog into heart failure(due to lapse in meds) or sell us(at x3 the cost of online retailers) more meds.

The clinic staff have always been helpful and kind. I came to this clinic when my cat needed extensive dental work, and they accept CareCredit which helped with me with budget my finances without pet insurance converting the operation. My senior cat passed last week, and I’m very appreciative and thankful to their team who took the time to write in the card. Thank you to you all.

I take this lovely girl to Northgate for her checkups, nail trims and medical emergencies. Thus far the staff have always been quick, kind and helpful. Once when my cat was very sick they scheduled an emergency appointment that very day and got her in for a checkup. Super pleased with the service here.

Highly recommend this veterinary clinic! The staff and doctor were amazing, engaged, and kind - even at 5:30 PM on a Friday! Great flexibility with squeezing me in when my cat was sick, and thoughtful and collaborative care. I'll be moving to this office as my new primary veterinarian!
