I had the MISFORTUNE to be given an appointment with nursing assistant GUADULUPE MARTINEZ when I could not get in to see my usual HCP. I was in an acute state of extreme anxiety at that moment due to prolonged insomnia and needed medication to calm down and be able to sleep. This man was rude, he talked over me when I tried to explain how agitated and frightened I was feeling with several days of no sleep! He had ZERO empathy for my situation and did not care to address what I was going through. He seemed distracted and sat in front of me tapping his foot and then tapping his fingers on the table top. I left with the WRONG medication and felt WORSE than when I came in. Steer clear of this person he should not be practicing medicine.

I've always had great experiences here. The last doctor I met with it I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't met with anyone in a year or two and wasn't expecting much for a new doctor, but he was very professional and understanding and had some great recommendations for my health moving forward. I'm sad that I may not have coverage after May and have to look elsewhere. I've never had a doctor that I actually wanted to follow up with. Wait times to schedule an appointment on the phone arent the best, but if you use their mychart system, someone will be in contact with you. Even over chat.

This place is a mess, especially the front desks, I had been there and now calling for a following up scheduled but they keep talking about new patients... and keeps telling me calling back on Friday and Monday. I have been doing that for 3 weeks and there are still no schedule available. I asked to talk to a supervisor and instead of transferring my call they put me on hold forever. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Management should do something about this.

I called this location today to make an appointment as a returning patient from years ago for an acute issue. The scheduling person was so rude it is hard to convey! I calmly asked to speak to a manager and she promptly hung up on me. It was truly appalling!

Front desk service over the phone is Terrible to be specific, the guy named CHRIS, he is very rude and disrespectful and talks down people to me at least, and this is a pattern since 2020, I get a bad feeling when I hear his voice when trying to schedule an appointment. I know lines are busy and have to weight for ~20 minutes for my turn to be assisted, today after waiting 20 minutes, he answered the phone and I was getting ready to be disrespected by him as usual, and he did not disappoint me, this time when I asked him to speak nicer, he said " one minute mam", he hung up on me and I was pushed to #15 in the line, basically another 30 minutes! Basically, what he did is denying me access to health care. I can not wait for 30 minutes, I have to work to pay my bills.I am a regular patient with dentistry there. I like my dentistry team.I also needed a medical appointment a month ago, I called for an appointment, waited for 20 minutes then left to work. I texted my medical team and I still did not get an appointment.NeighborCare Meridian should do a better job with customer services and try to choose their customers service employees. I will find another institute to establish care. I deserve better.

I've been here about 3 times since I moved here from Las Vegas. I'm Very diligent about taking care of my mental health and I never had issues living in Las Vegas, granted they have the worst system.. but this place? Is a joke. This has been the hardest place to get my prescriptions filled that I've been comfortably been taking for two years. At this point I'm not on any of the same milligrams or on medication that helps me. They don't listen. I've had 3 different doctors to just see if maybe it was me, or them. If you're desperate for mental health care while you wait for insurance, please don't go here. It's been a nightmare and if you have anxiety. This place makes it worse. And doesn't treat anxiety the way we should. This is a bandaid type place. Not a consistent place to receive care.

I am on Apple Health now and had to find a new dentist during the pandemic. I somehow managed to get an appointment here for a dental emergency (a filling had fallen out). They did the repair within a week, everything was great, aside from the dentist's cold bedside manner and the front desk staff that seemed like every person they had to help was bothering them. (At least the hygienist was friendly.) But when I asked about getting in for a cleaning, the front desk said I had to have a new patient appointment first and that they didn't have any for the next 8 weeks. They recommended calling back in about a month to try to get an appointment then, but that they couldn't tell me exactly when new appointments would open up. Well, I procrastinate sometimes, so I actually waited two months to call. And then I got the same line-- booked up for the next eight weeks, couldn't tell me when new appointments would be released, and to try back in about a month. Screw this. I called the International District clinic and immediately got an appointment for next month. I'm sure I am rolling the dice trying to go there too, because any place that takes Apple Health seems to be lower quality than the care I am used to receiving from when I had good insurance. But at least I can get my teeth cleaned and not just keeping playing appointment roulette.
