I called Nortech to get someone to take a look at my dead Sony LED TV. After providing my details and agreeing to quote of $195 to diagnose the TV, no one showed up during the decided time window. I skipped going to work that day and spend my time waiting.

Had Nortech come and check out my malfunctioning stovetop. Guy came out, looked it, charged me $150 and said they'd be in touch with a quote for a repair. He then ghosted me. What a ripoff. Avoid at all costs.

Steer clear of this company ! Charges 150+ for a diagnostic, that takes less than 15 minutes then NEVER sends over the actual quote or responds.Had another company come out and paid 150 to fix the entire issue.Scam scam scam
