When the big box stores failed us we tried Nguyen's and now I feel silly for not doing it earlier. There was no line, the pharmacist was fast and knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly it was fast and easy to get a (knowledgeable) human on the phone when we had a question.If they take your insurance I highly recommend giving them a shot, the pharmacy can be pleasant again.

This pharmacy is amazing and doesn't give you the runaround like Bartell's and Walgreens. I'm so happy that they accept Premera Blue Cross and that they do walk-in vaccine appointments.I'll be using Nguyen's for all my future prescriptions.

I’ve been trying out Nguyen’s for the last 2-3 months and have been pleasantly surprised by them. After Rite Aid closed, I tried using Bartell’s but their wait times are just atrocious and thought there HAS to be something better. So I gave this small family-owned shop a try and I’m so glad I did! Not only are they quick but they answer the phone when you call in a prescription and notify you when things are ready for pick-up. Just tonight, they left me a message letting me know that I have a prescription ready for pick up and that they would wait after business hours for me to pick up if I called right away. That sort of customer service doesn’t exist anymore and it was so appreciated!The only downside is that they aren’t open on weekends but I can forgive that - it is a family-biz after all. So I whole-heartedly recommend giving this business a try, especially if you are fed up with big box pharmacies.

Nguyen’s is an unparalleled Pharmacy in terms of customer service. I just called to refill a prescription and it was ready for me to pick it up within about two minutes. I was able to go through the drive-through and have my prescription ready right away. They are always clear and communicative if there are any issues (which are almost always on the insurance end) and their number one priority is helping people out!

Nguyens pharmacy is fast and helpful. Everything to do with my prescriptions tgey have helped, from helping find discounts to having prescription ready within an hour. They are so reliable and trustworthy. Thanks for all!

Some helpful neighbors recommended this pharmacy after another on the block nearly killed me with their mistakes. I called them to see if they had my medications, and they were super helpful.The last time I was there, the pharmacist was friendly and was able to work out some issues with my text alerts. They seem to always have my prescriptions in stock, and if they need to put something together they have a comfy waiting room available. I only just noticed on my last visit that there's a parking lot as well.If you can make the switch, you absolutely should!

I’ve had mostly good experiences here. My only complaint would be that the only female I ever see working there has zero personality and absolutely no customer service skills. Judging by the rock on her finger, I’m assuming she’s the pharmacists wife? But never says hi, or thank you have a good day, it’s almost like I’m just a number adding to her and her husbands bank account.

A real, old fashioned pharmacy in that there's never a line and when you call, a human being answers and will have your prescription filled in minutes. They have a drive by window and when they see my dog in the back they give me dog treats. Please support this family pharmacy. They're awesome!

I have been to a number of pharmacies in Seattle but they were all frustrating and uninterested - until I went to Nguyen's Pharmacy. It was literally transformational in my life. No more lines, no more "sorry, we don't have that in stock", no more missed prescriptions, no more multiple visits to get one prescription, no more unanswered phone calls. This pharmacy is on top if it. They are professional, communicative, and if something does go amiss, they make it right as soon as possible. I love these guys.

Always helpful when I’ve had issues switching or dealing with insurance. Everyone there is fantastic, and online refills are convenient and easy. I can’t think of any issues I’ve had here, vs. the dozens of issues I’ve had at walgrens.
