I had been a customer some years ago, but had to cancel when I moved out of the area. Since being back, I decided to sign up again and I'm thrilled that it's still so affordable and still high quality! Customer service has always been amazing and is still amazing today. I missed my new roots deliveries while I was away and I'm so glad to have their produce back in my belly! ?

I had no idea that this business was by box subscription only, but I read the reviews about the quality of the produce so I went by to get some organic fruit and veggies for a friend. The woman, who ended up being the owner, was so nice and so accommodating! We filled up a box of beautiful produce and off I went! My friend adored the gesture and it was just what she wanted!

Excellent quality at a reasonable price, and the customer service is top notch! They offer varied options to suit your budget/tastes, and not just produce but local options for coffee, nuts, and honey to name just a few.

Best CSA I’ve tried in Seattle and it comes in a tub that you return to them each week.You cannot beat the quality nor the price.I’ve tried PCH, which is pretty decent, and the worst one of them all: full circle (avoid that at all costs). This has been my favorite by far!

Best company. Best produce. Best service. I can't say enough good things about them. I even brag about New Roots to my friends that don't live in the Seattle area. Being able to sub items I can't (or don't) eat and being able to add my faves makes them amazing, and the quality steps it up to perfect. I have been subscribing for over a year and have only had one single bad item in all my boxes. And when it happens they immediately remediate it. I wish this were available to everyone, everywhere.

We've been getting a box from New Roots for years and it has been so great. Produce is always fresh. Rarely we get one bad piece of produce and they are quick to give us a credit or sometimes they have brought us a replacement for free! During the pandemic, their reliable service has been invaluable. Great selection and 5 substitutions are great for customizing boxes. Great selection of add on products such as tofu and honey. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely LOVE this place. I am so grateful for their CSR program and all the great work they do. It is a fantastic deal for the amount and the quality of fresh vegetables and fruits they deliver. A total win-win for me and I look forward to their delivery every week.

Overall the quality of the produce was excellent, but be certain about your payment method and agreement before ordering. I received a gift certificate for a certain amount of money. Unbeknownst to me, orders continued after the value had been reached, and I was billed. I stopped the service (I thought). I paid in full for the extra deliveries. Weeks later, I'm still being billed & waiting for someone to fix this mess.

This is the best CSA box ever! I so look forward to its delivery every week. You get a beautifully arranged box that is packed to the brim with delicious, colorful, and fresh produce. The recipes on their website are inspiring as well. I highly recommend this company!
