I was denied a walk in two separate time . The first time was in the afternoon 3 weeks ago and the second time was in the morning , I will not go back ever again nor recommend anyone to Rainier Beach health Care . ?

Worsssssse than last time. 35 minutes no pick up and its wellll before their lunch break. The care is non-existent so care quality doesn't exist either. Lazy a$$ people who are probably on the phone instead of taking calls for appointments or anything.

This is concerns I have received from the front desk receptionists during my visits to your clinic. As a long-time patient, I have always appreciated the quality of dental care provided. However, I have noticed a consistent decline in the level of respect and professionalism from the reception staff.
Unfortunately, the rudeness I have encountered has reached a point where it affects my overall experience and comfort in visiting the clinic. Given the ongoing nature of these issues, I am considering the possibility of switching to another dental clinic where I feel more respected and valued as a patient.

Everyone is nice except the pharmacy.
I was there around 12:08pm and they asked me to wait for 15 mins for my medication and I was ok with that, sat in the front and waited.
They suddenly closed in front of me around 1230pm without saying anything, should have told me to come back another day or say something to me. I have to work and let me wait like that is wasting my time.

I had a truly disappointing experience at the Rainier Neighborhood Clinic. Upon entering, I was met with a front desk occupied by four staff members who seemed more interested in their own conversation than acknowledging my presence. Despite being the only patient there, not a single person bothered to greet me. When I finally approached them, I was met with a dismissive attitude and instructed to "stay in line" as if I were some inconvenience. The four ladies at the front desk were too engrossed in their own conversation, completely ignoring my presence and providing abysmal customer service. What's worse, they spoke in a language I couldn't understand, which felt incredibly disrespectful. Needless to say, I walked out without even being seen. This level of incompetence and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

Scared me into thinking I had skin cancer gave me a refferal and never gave me a called back that was almost a year ago if u wanna die definitely come here

I love this place; I've been bringing my family here for the past 4 yrs but the only issue I have is it takes forever to get a appointment with your primary care provider; I only want to see my doctor for important issues it's hard to do that with so many patients there

It's extremely difficult to get through to schedule an appointment as the line is always busy also the appointments get scheduled out for because they don't have availability. So if you get hurt and or sick and need to see a doctor within a week you will end up having to go to the ER. And most likely the ER is going to tell you that this is not something that you needed to go to the ER for.. it is extremely frustrating. Also if you're transferring and you have multiple things that you need to have looked up because you haven't gone to the doctor in a while, it's an extremely frustrating and difficult process.

I have been going to neighbor health care with all my kids and grandkids for years ...So it is sad to see mostly only terrible reviews on this site. Because this is a great clinic and has wonderful, kind, caring and consistent healthcare and providers. I took away one star only for the phone service as many people are complaining about. The wait times are getting better but can be horrendous. Though I have to say i certainly have never been treated rude by any front desk people when I finally get them. The call center is a newer thing as far as my experience and yes they are definitely lacking in human qualities but they are I do believe a hired service that is not attatched in any real way. Heck be glad we are still getting humans as one day we will only get robotic answering services. The people you meet are great the doctors impeccable and everyone is kind. what more do you want in this day and age at at low cost geared clinic. I have never been treated inhumanely like in some hospitals or other places I have had to be referred to. Gratitude
