People that make the appointments are not all on the same page. We came in a few times and there was problems with scheduling everytime.

I’m still looking for a way to complain of the care I received here, I can’t get myself to even rate this place a 1. I would absolutely not recommend this place at all. Patient and customer care is terrible. Doctors don’t seem to know what they are doing. My visit with the doctor lasted 15 minutes. I was late for 1 minute, and the lady said she didn’t know if they were going to see me. Doctor concluded I had a throat infection, and I didn’t even have a sore throat but he added in the notes I did. I had multiple symptoms and doctor said he could only treat 1. He treated me for something I don’t think I had. Do not go to this place, I should have read the reviews. This place should be shut down! Why become a doctor if you are not going to treat your patients well? Doctors and staff want to get you out of there as soon as possible. I regret going there, please save your time and get care somewhere else.

I've been with this clinic for 17 years due to convenience. It's been decent up until a few years ago. Staff is very unprofessional. Recently was rushed during my babies 2nd round of vaccines and the nurse did not use proper protocol and my baby was over vaccinated! On top of that she complained the whole time about how tired she was from her day of work. My midwifery experience this time around was horrible, never saw the same person twice. I lost 3 liters of blood during delivery due to extreme anemia and an inexperienced midwife. I would love to change clinics but insurance limits me. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I will literally create 100 accounts to just give this place 0/1 stars. Terrible service--I was on the phone, waiting for 20 minutes for a nurse to ask a simple question (I dialed the opt to talk to a nurse), to then talk to someone who wasn't a nurse and put me on hold for another 20 minutes to talk to a damn nurse. I didn't bother going through with the call--if this is a kind of slow and uncoordinated service I'm getting on the phone, I know it'll be worse in person. Not going here.

Horrible customer service and pt care. We went to an appointment for my sick disabled mom and walked in 3 min late . They said the provider doesn't want see you, and sent us home. They said it's the company policy but can't provide the policy they are talking about. Bad experience , unprofessional staff

They were great to me, I was a new patient with state health, and in alot of pain. They were able to get me scheduled and seen on the same day, was diagnosed and made an appointment for 10 days later. That's an excellent turn around.

Aaron is super helpful !! He is doing an amazing job with genuine gestures and great communication on getting contact with other dentist clinics for my referrals ! ??

Very unprofessional with the supposedly trained staff but being unhelpful and ungrateful and with how their phone call system is set up. I do not understand why this place is still running.

The last time I was here was three years ago for an IUD insertion. Turns out my IUD fell out over time and ended up getting pregnant last summer, got an abortion after that and was left traumatized afterwards. Would not come back to this clinic ever again. If you want to get any birth control contraceptives, this wouldn't be the place to go too. Go to a highly good rated clinic who will do the IUD right instead of it falling out. The people who worked there were nice but just services with IUD wasn't it.

This whole organization is a joke. When you call, you can't speak to no one,long phone wait times at 830am. you speak to an operator, not no one at the clinic.fake doctors you speak with on the phone, never put faxes through ,absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to the community . I WILL BE DISCONTINUING MY CARE FROM HERE.THIS IS A CORPORATION A BOGUS JOKE.

I am so disappointed this place. I have been here for 6yrs already. I will not comeback here. Here is my story. I had an appointment for my daughter for check up, I made that appointment for over a month. I was busy and I came by clinic the day before to ask them that possible for my mom helping me to take my baby there for her appointment instead of me. They said that is fine, they asked my mom information and I provided for them. The next day my mom took my baby there and they said they did not have her information in their system. Excuse me? I was checked up during my pregnancy at your clinic and last time this clinic gave her vaccinated so who did you serve? Ridiculous. They tried to banish my mom and my baby. If you can not take them in why did you tell me the day before then we can reschedule appointment? They had been rude to my family.They did cancel my appointment couple months ago cause of double booked even that appointment was coming up in 3 days.

Worst clinic ever and dentist ever. My child get injured on her lip and didn't told me and they put on her lip vaseline to cover it. When I left home I discovered the injury and got back and the doctor said it was like that. I have pic before and after.

Love all locations because of what they do for the community but whoever answers the phone for dental here at high point needs to be fired or something - answers calls and responses very rudely especially to new patients who’s confused on how to do things as I haven’t been to one location in a whole .

Find another dental clinic. Find another network of facilities. I called on valentines day 2023 to get an annual exam, they gave me a date about 6 weeks out that would fall in the middle of my coming vacation. I asked if I could make an appointment for after my vacation. I was informed the clinic schedule for then isn't available and for me to call back in two weeks. I did as told and was made aware I could suddenly be scheduled for the day before I fly out due to a cancellation that had appeared. I quickly took the appointment thinking I could schedule any follow-up treatments needed after I'm home from vacation. Welp, here I am three weeks after trying to schedule an exam with zero opportunity to be seen because i received a call 25 minutes prior to my check in that a staff member called out, therefore I need to return to the 6 week wait list. HUH???? I use public transportation, meaning I had already left my home ten minutes prior to receiving the call about the staff shortage. I show up hoping that maybe I can shake up the schedule a bit more and get me in to see a doc today seeing that I was already there and maybe a fellow patient in better vehicle circumstances could be called and can be rescheduled. NOPE. I'm done with this place after a decade of patience. I always tried to look through this clinic's mishaps due to the fact that they serve us low wage citizens so eagerly. It seems as though the capacity has just outgrown my standard of care.
