We got a Murphy that's from them nearly 2 years ago and it's been fantastic. They were professional with the installation and the bed works perfectly. We love it and would buy it again.

Working with Joe was easy and the quality of the bed is high. The bed is made of wood (not pressboard) and there are a lot of options for customization. Joe installed the bed at our home and it fits perfectly and looks exactly as pictured on the website. I would say the only thing to be aware of when ordering is timing- from ordering to installation was about 2 months for us. I would definitely use Joe again in the future!

The queen Murphy bed is beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. Joe installed it for us on San Juan Island. Above and beyond service and a wonderful person to work with. His small business is wonderful. We bought a small bench that fits perfectly in front. When we take the cushions off it folds overtop.

I found this place because of the great reviews they had. They lived up to it. Joe came and installed the Murphy bed today - it was fast efficient and I am more than please with the construction and quality of the bed and mattress. The cabinet has a perfect finish, the springs and handles are high quality and mattress is comfortable. Nice organic cotton top. The bed lowers easily. Professionalism, quality and genuinely honest and awesome small business! I am so happy I went with Murphy Bed Place rather than purchasing somewhere else. If I need another one - I would purchase from these guys again. Joe is one old school traditional honest small business guy that backs up his work.

I'm glad I found Joe and the Murphy Bed Place. We were able to visit the the local showroom in West Seattle, which made this considered purchase easier being able to see what we were buying. Joe was easy to work with and the install was spot on. I would highly recommend Joe and the Murphy Bed Place. We love our Murphy bed. Thank you, Joe.

Recently purchased a Murphy Bed for our guest bedroom. Joe set time and date to deliver and install. Showed exactly on time. Brought mats, etc to protect the floor. Install was smooth and the bed is fantastic and solid. For safety purposes, he made sure it was in the studs and not going anywhere. Absolutely love it and would HIGHLY recommend this company and installer to others. Great service and product. Thank you!

We just our our Murphy Bed installed and are thrilled. Joe and his team do beautiful workmanship. We got the natural finish and it will lighten up our room while creating a great multipurpose room and a comfortable space for guests. We added a corner shelf unit for display of treasures!

Joe and his team are amazing the quality of his company's craftsmanship is just beautiful. Solid wood and beautifully designed. The team installed our queen size, espresso Murphy bed in just a couple of hours. I now have a room of my own!!!

Joe was here today, on a Saturday no less, to install our Murphy bed, and we couldn't be happier! In fact, we keep going in the room to look at it. Not only is it going to be a perfect place for my mom to sleep when she visits next week, it is also a beautiful piece of furniture. When we were looking for a Murphy bed, they were recommended twice before we called. We could have saved ourselves some time by calling them first. If anyone we know looks for a Murphy bed, we will send them there.

Extremely disappointed after leaving several messages with name and phone number and a clear intent to purchase one of their beds. He also stood me up for a meeting to view the product when he promised he would remember and no calls back to apologize or attempt to make amends. Said they are swamped but is very irresponsible way to run a business, assuming you still want to have this business.

Just got my Murphy bed installed! Love it! Joe gave me a quote and told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks to fabricate and install and it looks great. Bed itself is solid high quality wood, the finish is smooth and really adds to the room. We had it installed in a smallish kind of room, ( house from the 1940's) so having a murphy bed really creates a lot of extra space. The room is our guest room so having the extra space when there is no guest is great. I must add we never even went to a show room! We did it all on line. Thanks Joe! Marcel

I could not be more impressed with the integrity and the workmanship of this company. Joe went to great lengths to try to get me an excellent murphy bed- unfortunately living downtown in a newer building, there was no safe way to install it - No drill-able studs (even with a hammer drill). Keep this in mind if you are getting a smaller place downtown, you might not be able to install a murphy bed. Joe went the distance and the bed was super well built, I only wish I could be enjoying it.
