I needed some cat food for my cat sitting job, so I came to the place closest to where I live. It was my first time getting cat food, and I couldn't believe how great the customer service was. As soon as I walked in the door, Victoria greeted me and helped me in choosing what was right for what I needed. Thank you Victoria, and I'll definitely have to come back to get some food again.

Super nice people work there! I was looking for a certain salve for my dog's swollen joints. Almost the entire staff started looking for it. They searched the internet and several product labels. They displayed care and concern for my pet. Such service is unheard of in today's service world. AA++!

I walked in and was immediately greeted, and when I asked for my product, it was immediately brought to the counter for me. I was in and out in under two minutes, leaving with a smile and a dog dog treat. Perfect excision

This locally owned pet supply store makes the giant chain stores look terrible. Mud Bay has great selection but the knowledgeable people really make it a great resource.

Mud Bay is always great and this location is no exception. They have a great selection of products and nice, helpful, and non-pushy staff. They even offered us samples of pet treats at checkout.

Well stocked and organized. Love that they offer a bucket for super low price and when you bring it back there’s a decent percentage off. Super helpful and courteous staff too!

I just moved to Seattle and just got a new cat. Everyone recommended coming to Mudbay. They were so right!! The products here are great but not only that, the employees, every single one of them, is so kind and helpful. They gave me coupons, free samples, and gave me tips on the best products to use. Everyone was so friendly. I cannot wait to keep bringing my business back here! Also, my kitty loves the toys!!

Friendly sales associates, I go here for my cat’s food and toys. Their prices are a bit higher than other pet stores (HealthMutt, Petco) and their toys are NOT sturdy so I wouldn’t recommend buying the toys here as two out of 3 toys i bought there broke apart after a 5 minute play time with my cat.
