Love this place!! The staff is unfailingly helpful and knowledgable. Today I was experiencing a quickly compounding pet emergency and the staff was so accommodating to help me get my kitty into a new carrier as quickly and cleanly as possible. They really went above and beyond. Kudos to everyone who was working at 4-5 pm on 5/24.

I always enjoy this mud bay, the staff is stellar, patient and kind. The return policy is great for my picky eater pup. I wish they still had free samples and more dog bandanas.

I cannot say enough good things about the crew at Mud Bay Broadway & Pike. When I first got my dog she was 2 years old and had never eaten dog food in her life. She takes "picky eater" to the next level; she will starve herself to the point of collapse. The crew at Mud Bay, with special shout out to Monica, have done more to help me get her healthy than her vet. And, they continue to help me find new ways to keep her eating, playing, and living her best life. I honestly don't know what would have happened to my girl if it weren't for them. And she LOVES them, she can't go a day without stopping by to give kisses to everyone there. They are her pack, and I am SO grateful for the love they give her.

Love this place! Everyone here is extremely nice, and they carry good stuff. Yes you'll probably pay more than if you bought it from a wholesaler on Amazon, but it will feel better if you get it here.They also stand by their sales and will accept returns, even if it's a treat your pet didn't like or something like that.

I buy everything for my dog here. Besides selling quality products, the staff is great. They have generously given me dog toys for free on multiple occasions. They're always helpful and kind. They also always let me run in one minute before they close without complaint!! They're great!!

I love Mudbay so much!!! I can always find what I need for my pets (I have Bunnies!) And also everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I don't think there has ever been a time where the employee's have not greeted me as soon as I enter the store!!!! Very nice people and energy with amazing items for your pets <3

Ok if you have dogs I guess. When I was there recently the token cat section was mostly emptied out. Not cool to ignore half your potential customers. I see no reason to return.
