One of the most honest auto-shops I've been to, while most other shops will give you a quote over the phone, Kryss was ready and willing to run diagnostics and checks before he gave me the exact qoute. Not to mention he is almost always on time! I'm returning to his shop very soon to have coilovers installed on my 2013 Audi A4.Great shop, Great prices(Reasonable for a german car) and total honesty. He also did my 100k mile service, upon finishing with that, he showed me everything he replaced which included spark plugs and cabin air filters(boy those were due for a change).I'd recommend Kryss over Audi Seattle service any day!!!Thanks again Kryss

I just won't go to anyone else. Krys is excellent, honest and a wonderful person. Years ago, I tried to do my own basic maintenance or went to my dealer and if I had some big problem would scrape around trying to find help. Krys was recommended to me by two others and I now rely on him exclusively.

A few months ago, I bought a 50-year-old Italian car. It was in pretty good shape, considering, but there's been a lot to diagnose, repair, and tune. Krys has been great. He points out that it's a simple car, but still... You can't just plug it into a computer and get a report; have to be experienced and listen. Nor can you get all the special tools used by factory mechanics; instead, you have to adapt or build new tools. I've been quite happy with his work, his advice, and his professionalism. I'll take him my ordinary cars too.

I have known Krys for more than 10 years and have always found him to be highly competent and very honest in addition. I have trusted him with several of my vehicles and he has never disappointed. And, he will only make a repair if it is necessary.. I give him the highest recommendation possible.

Krys is incredibly detail oriented and honest. I have been going to him as my mechanic for the past year and have no complaints whatsoever. He has completed work on my car (98 MB turbodiesel) promptly and is transparent about all issues. I enjoy talking to him about cars as he has a wealth of knowledge.

Highly recommend! He knows how to work with high-end cars better than the dealership AND at a better price. I'd trust him working on my car for anything small to complex. He provides honest feedback and only does work that needs to be done.

Excellent, honest, and importantly, FAST SERVICE. I can't tell you how many other garages just leave you hanging forever while you wait to get your car back. We take both of our cars here and things are done promptly and professionally. I don't even live near anymore here but this is the only place I would ever take my car. Highly recommended!

Krys has been taking care of my family's cars since the last century. He courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Krys will answer your questions and make sure you understand the reason for repairs, or even waiting until you really have to get to the water pump, so you don't have to pay for the same destination twice. I haven't been anywhere else in years!

Krys is a kind, experienced, thorough and honest mechanic. These characteristics may be difficult to find. He has provided service to 4 of our family vehicles over 15 years and remains my mechanic of choice, Most recently Krys repaired the underside of my Lexus SC430 after running over an obstacle in the road. The service was efficient, complete and at a reasonable price. Thanks Krys for your great service!
