  Just came home after visiting the shop, really happy with my experience with Moonphoto. Staff really knowledgeable and clear throughout the process. I am appreciate them telling me what they can deliver upfront, and communicate really clearly what they offer. And the family photo and art work came out really fantastic! The colors are really well-balanced and the family photo restoration is really precise. Their website is also really transparent with their pricing, so I was able to gauge a quote before going in for a consultation. I would utilize the photo processing service again in the near future that's for sure.

  I have been using moon to develop film and the service has always been great however when I worked with them recently to have some prints done with them they went above and beyond.
  
  I selected a paper that I thought would look good for a particular image. After about a week when the print was ready Bob called me and explained he'd printed it how I requested but wasn't quite pleased with the end result so he printed it on a luster instead and told me I could choose which I preferred when I came to pick the prints up. His professional opinion was correct and I enjoyed the paper he chose a lot more, I was so pleased with this personal touch. Bob even gave me both of the prints without any extra charge which I was not expecting at all.
  
  A real person looking over your prints and giving them the care they deserve is so invaluable and they have earned my business from here on out for print work. Thanks again!

  So grateful for this team. I had my hard drives and computers stolen, and Moon Photo were supper friendly about digging into their records as far back as they could to reunite me with so much more than I could have hoped. Great service, quick, local. Will keep bringing them my film.

  I brought rolls from 9 disposable cameras here to develop and print. It was very easy to drop off with directions from the staff. It took around 14 days (9 business days) for me to receive a call to pick up my photos and negatives. Will definitely come back here if I need to develop any films.

  Good local photo shop, definitely the type of shop I like to support. But I've started to look elsewhere.
  
  Very good prices when it comes to film development. I've had maybe 10 rolls developed here. They generally do a good job, but occasionally they make mistakes. My best ever roll of film was scratched during development, so every photo has an obvious blue line all the way across the middle. Kind of heartbreaking. When I asked them about it they didn't really own up to the mistake. I understand mistakes happen but the real problem is that they didn't really reassure me that they were doing anything to prevent it from happening again.
  
  I like the people, and I'd continue to go here, but I'm worried about another roll of film being scratched. I've been going to more expensive shops ever since.

  Nice experience one of the only shops around that still does film development. And they were faster than their initial turnaround estimate.

  I brought them my first large Giclee (archival inkjet) photo to print. I couldn't be more delighted!
  The quality is fantastic. Their personal attention was excellent. I will definitely bring them more.

  I had a friend who is a traveling musician come to town in April and I had a couple of 8 x 10 photos from the 1990s that I really wanted to make copies of and give to him . He's from Atlanta and is on a nationwide tour and I know from history that you can get pretty lonely when you're on the road so I thought these nice pictures from the 90s given to him while he's on the road on the Pacific Northwest in 2024 would be a nice thing to do.
  
  I really didn't know what I was doing and these people really helped out . They did a little bit of cropping and enhancement and the pictures came out fantastic.
  
  You should've seen the look on my friends face when I pulled these photos out !!!!!
  
  Thanks for making a special memory for us both and thanks for working with my calendar screw up and getting the pictures done a day early.

  I've had about 6 rolls of 35mm film developed and scanned here, and each batch of shots has turned out great! The staff are super friendly, and I've been happy with the pricing and turnaround time. I highly recommend Moonphoto to anyone else shooting on film!

  Great job! I dropped my 35mm when I was on a trip there and had to go back and they developed it and sent them to me with email (the link to pictures). It took around a week which was as they said when I dropped the roll and everything went smoothly and the quality of the pictures are great too. Thanks!

  Found a small B&W photo of my wife from about 25 years ago, a bit crumpled and with a blemish on her face. Moon Photo cleaned it up and produced two 11 by 11 prints that are beautiful. The place operates on paper as much as on computer but seems to keep things reasonably on track. Very nice people that all seem to have solid expertise in photography.
