I like this location as I can pop in on my way home or when out and about. The pharmacists and support staff always go above and beyond when it comes to their customer service skills. I never feel ignorant for asking important questions or when I bring up my color dye allergy/sensitivity. Sadly most CVS generic brand pills and even their pharmacy are well stocked with dye-filled pills and liquids unlike the other local competitor down the street. I prefer CVS over the competitors because the service all the way around has been great, and I love the self checkout machine at the front as well as the $10 a month reward I can use on random necessities that come up. It helps cover the cost and sometimes I even walk in just to spend it, couple with coupons, I'll come out ahead on some fun items!

When Ballard CVS closed, we had to switch to this location. Unfortunately, the number of errors with our prescriptions has been incredible and has cost us dozens of extra hours in phone calls and return trips to the pharmacy. They've also flagged us for prescriptions we've filled at our other CVS for years, which affects our relationships with providers and costs us even more time. On the bright side, the store staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. We know pharmacists are under tremendous pressure right now, and we've all been there. We hope things improve, but for now will switch pharmacies ... again.

Really irritated by the way I was just treated at this store. I went in to buy some Ocusoft leave-on eyelid treatment as I'm having a tough time finding it on shelves, the alarm buzzed as I entered the store, which oddly happens every once in a while- I'm not sure why, and when I saw they were out of the Ocusoft, I left, once again triggering the alarm. What I do not need is an older lady yelling out the door at me implying that I stole something in the few seconds I walked through the store. No, I did not steal, and yes you did not have what I came in the store for, and YES I definitely will not support this CVS ever again. My bad, I should have just driven farther down the road to Bartell's first, where I am not given accusatory looks for no reason and I am happily welcomed at.

Pharmacy staff is rude and negligent. It took them 2 weeks to order my medication and another two weeks to have it ready after it arrived. Had to call them numerous times. Bad bad customer service.

A welcome addition to the neighborhood. The pharmacy is wonderful and a lot less crowded than neighboring drugstores. They're super kid friendly !

I'm rating this 1 star, but would go lower if I could. This rating is because their pharmacists pushed me to have a flu shot in addition to my covid booster. I was only scheduled to have a covid booster and was uncomfortable with their action but they did it anyway. Also, all the other reviews are at least 3 years old and not current. Yelp should do something to keep these updated and relevant.

I am not comfortable when the woman in the pharmacy ask personal questions after asking you your name; she wants your birthdate, address and then asked you to spell your name! Well now everyone in line behind you knows where you live, how to spell your name and your birth date! Hopefully she won't asked for your social! I just feel with so much identity theft going on, it should be a little more confidential. Nonetheless, I like the convenience of location, the sales and store brands.

Called this CVS because I was curious about a tetanus booster shot. Diane was extremely nice and helpful.

The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They always go the extra mile to make sure my prescriptions are correct. They all really seem to care about my health. The rest of the staff at the pharmacy is competent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. This is a great pharmacy.

First, I admire CVS for its decision not to stock tobacco products, because that is counter to its main goal of improving health. So yay for that. The Magnolia branch is conveniently located, has a very helpful and friendly pharmacy team, and stocks most of the things you might need.
