John from the maintenance team at Metropolitan Park did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. It took less than 30 minutes for the whole process. He was friendly and professional. Have not had any bad experiences while living here.

Such a wonderful property! Prime walking distance to downtown Seattle, gorgeous views from the apartments, spacious rooftop deck! Kiki & John are a great team and get things done quickly and efficiently.

Kiki and John make a dream team. Kiki is always so bubbly and happy to help. Anytime I’ve had a work order John takes care of it within 24hours. The location is amazing too- views of the water and city scape. I love it here!

The elevator broke constantly, they said there would be a gym when we moved in instead they renovated the space into a mail room, they allowed all types of residents in without checking how many would be living in an apartment, I had someone park in my space for two weeks and never heard anything from management about it, the three previous managers were horrible at responding or even keeping track of what they had promised

John with Maintenance has been very responsive and attentive to the issues we have had recently with our balcony door blinds and screen door. He followed up with me on the status of the orders he had and came by once he had the parts to complete the job. When we put a request in for our dryer he was here in 5 minutes! We really appreciate all he does. (Would give him 5 stars)Overall, this place has it's challenges living here. With the fire alarms so frequent that you never know if it will be a real emergency or not. Love the location but it is hard to want to continue living at this complex.

No gym(they did not mention it when I signed the lease, they still post the gym pictures in their website), no security cameras, tenants have their packages stolen, have to pay an extra 30$ to have a parcel locker and packages still get stolen. I have lost 6 packages in this building and the value over 1000$. But management won’t do anything.I do not even feel this is a security place to live. People sleep in the hallways, random people drink and eat in front of the entrance. For your security and your happiness, please avoid this apartment.

The maintenance person John was very helpful and quick taking care of a repair I needed. He communicates on times limits or requirements and gets things done in a timely manner and is always friendly. It is much appreciated.

Update 06/11/23: “Mike”, the previously praised maintenance engineer is long gone and there have been several replacements of varying competence. But John, the most recent, deserves recognition for being dedicated to the tenants and getting things done when he says he will, and not leaving a task half-finished. When my bathtub and bathroom sink were clogged, he was on it immediately; and when the sink was still draining too slow and backing up, he called in a plumber to get the job done. He’s an asset to this property and I hope he stays longer than his predecessors… Thank you John!FHMike is always very prompt, friendly, and gets the job done. His hard work is truly appreciated!Update 10/05/21: I've lived here now for nearly five years and own my own business nearby. The revolving door of management - some of whom were less than competent or even professionally courteous - is an issue which, imo, greatly affects the resident's experience. That being said, I want to single out and compliment the current, albeit temporary manager, Ms. Alexandra Guidry. I've been having problems with maintenance and an ongoing miscommunication issues re: the lease with management before her. I communicated these issues to her and in just a few days, she's resolved nearly all of them with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I hope she stays!
