We just purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Metropolitan Appliance. The installation crew did an excellent job, dealing with some unexpected issues in our kitchen and ensuring that the appliance was installed perfectly. I'm delighted to have found a local store that offers such excellent service. Good riddance to the big box stores!

We ordered kitchen appliances from Metropolitan Appliance a few years back and the ordering, communication, delivery and install all went great! When our washer and dryer needed replaced, we knew we wanted to order through them again. We have an odd space in a small closet and they were great with answering our questions ahead of time and the install went so smoothly even with tight clearance in a small space, and narrow doors and hallways! We’ll absolutely continue to recommend Metropolitan Appliance and work with them whenever we need new appliances!

Old school service and professionalism in the modern age. Amazing. Zero BS, zero snake oil, zero jealousy amongst sales staff (they work as a team). Highly knowledgeable. Excellent scheduling and communication. Clean, skillful, and respectful delivery folks. So good. I love these folks. Over the span of 9 years, I’ve bought a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dryer from them. Highest recommendation.

Great first experience with Metropolitan Appliance! We had to replace our washer and dryer and had hoped to have it delivered as soon as possible. Ocean was helpful and responsive during the sale. Rome and Ricky made the delivery and installed the new appliances so efficiently.
