They are very well mannered and very help full they transferred all my old phone data to new phone data and also gave me accessories free , I am really happy with their detail r attention to the customer, the manager AB is really amazing guy who take care of me soooo well.

THE MOST EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT OF MY LIFE!!
In your life, buy a new cell phone or T-mobile service, now I have a beautiful paperweight for 330 USD and no one answers me
One star, I arrived at the store looking for a new cell phone and line because I was new in the city and the seller, although he was very kind in assisting me, as time went by I realized that there were several inconsistencies
1. When I asked for a receipt, they didn't give it to me, they told me it would arrive on my cell phone and it never arrived.
2. When trying to enter through the metro by t Mobile application to pay, they asked me for a supposed 8-digit code that should reach the cell phone and it did not arrive
3. When I called customer service they told me that they couldn't do anything without the 8-digit verification and that the seller should have given it to me, which never happened. Unfortunately, I called on my last day in the United States and I can't go. to a physical store now
4. They charged me 330USD for a cell phone with a new line when on the official website the new device (a Samsung Galaxy A15 5g) costs 240 USD and a new line costs 30 USD. Where did the 60USD that they overcharged me come from?
5. Now in my country the cell phone is blocked by metro by t-mobile, it almost feels like a kidnapping for something that I ALREADY PAID for, and to open the bands or the network with another operator, a third party charges me half of what they cell phone costs
The cell phone is more expensive than in other places, blocked for use in my country, I do not have the option to validate my account, I am not even sure if they sold me a phone that was legal, because the text messages that had to arrive for validation they never arrived
The purchase occurred in this same store on April 11, 2024 at more or less 4pm
I regret having entered this store, my humble recommendation is that you do not accidentally step on a place with the "metro by t-mobile" logo.
