You have to be very careful when shopping here. The stone is lower in price because the quality is also lower in some cases.Multiple slabs were seen with epoxy patches all over them to cover defects. Many small surface failings that will need to be filled at finish too. These can be easy to miss if you aren’t in the industry.Be sure you take a stone fabricator with you and go over everything before you buy.

I had a really nice experience at this place, I was looking to replace my countertop with a quartzite slab and was just amazed as soon as I entered their showroom, Fantastic selection in granite and quartzite and they also have a huge variety in white marble, possibly the largest I have seen so far compared to other places we've been. The staff was friendly and welcoming, without pressure but they were there when you need them. Warehouse was quite clean&organized. After a long but pleasant walk through, I narrowed down to few colors & finally picked my 2 slabs, everything worked out great.

Horrible service and attitude. They sold me a product different from the samples that I selected and when I realized that they did not take any responsibility for their mistake, not even an apology. When I went back and politely asked for an explanation I was treated disrespectfully and the owner threatened to call the police. They cheated me by delivering an inferior product and judging by their attitude, I can only conclude that this was not an innocent mistake. By reading other negative reviews its pretty clear that they have a history of horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost, these people are dishonest!

Beware! Completely dishonest people. Ordered a certain type of marble and they gave me something different then what I ordered and refused to make good on their mistake. I asked the owner one simple question, does the marble you sold me look like the sample you gave me. He refused to answer my question. He said to me that he has been a marble expert of 30 years and since I am not in the business, I don't know what I am talking about. I have never been so talked down to my life. Run away, don't walk.

Weekend visit and overall the best place we'd visited (of 5). What I liked - sales person wasn't hovering on our every move. Checked in just the right amount. Got a slab moved for us while we were looking at others. We didn't find what we were looking for this time - but did 4 years ago. And had an indicator of expense w/ their colored stickers. Lots to see - best gallery of stone in the area - open on the weekend.

Sales people in the office was very friendly and eager to help. However, asking the slab technician to move a slab for view was agonizing with really bad attitude and only move the slab begrudgingly. Would have purchase from Meta but found similar or better selection at Architectural Surfaces, Daltile and Bedrosian with no bad attitude.
