If you buy from Merlino it probably means you run a small business and have no access to larger or better suppliers. Or it could mean that you are too small to order directly from some company whose products Merlino sells. Merlino is pretty inconsistent at customer service. Phone support is hit or miss, you can get a really nice person or you can get a really defensive, unhelpful, and condescending person. The guys in the warehouse are pretty nice. During COVID they are forcing people to wait in long lines, inside their small hallway, to pick up will-call orders. The line is sometimes like those bread lines you see from communist countries during the Cold War and it goes all the way out to the parking lot. Merlino refuses to allow anyone to prepay and they refuse to accommodate anyone who might not have an hour or two to wait in line and pay in person. And so you can end up standing in line with a bunch of people who don't know how to cover bother their nose and their mouth with a mask. I'd otherwise give them four stars. They usually have what you need but maybe not in the quantity or quality you might like.

This is by far the rudest and most offensive company I have ever done business with. I will never work with these guys again.
