Absolutely loved it here. We took our dog here and, from the moment we arrived, til the moment we left, we had a great experience. Receptionists, staff, and doctors were all extremely personable, communicative and professional. Highly reccommend them!

The nurse and doctor here was very helpful and listened/addressed all of our concerns! Our pup is very nervous but was given so much patient care here. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing Vets and staff! Highly recommend!
To take a cat abroad a pet health certificate needs to be completed which led us here. Had to work with a third party to arrange the paperwork but everyone in this office was amazing!
Our scared cat needed a few shots and check up and everyone here lended a hand to ensure we had all the paperwork filled out and signed by the vet at the appropriate times. Didn’t want anything to expire before we could travel (only a ten day window). The staff ensure our cat was as comfortable as could be and answered all questions and request for records whenever we asked.
They helped accommodate appointments and really went above and beyond for us. It’s not cheap getting a cat to the UK but their professional manner and friendly/helpful attitude really made things smoother!

I’ve been with Mercer Street since I adopted my pup in May 2023. We have had wonderful experiences every time! Oliver nearly jumped out of the car today to race into the clinic! Oliver is spoiled rotten and loved every time he comes. The vets and vet techs have always been so kind, thorough and caring. I moved to Bellevue but decided to keep his vet- can’t imagine a better place!

This is a great clinic - one that exemplifies what it looks like to provide compassionate care for animal loved ones and their owners. We previously worked with and felt super comfortable with Dr. Love for our grey tabby, but she wasn’t available for urgent care. Despite being worried that the amazing care would be individual to Dr.Love, we had an equally great experience for our geriatric Maltese with Dr. Teyssier, Reid, and the front desk folks. Our vet team answered my dozens of questions with patience and explained the procedures (e.g., ear cleaning, arthritis shot) / backup plans / after care in depth. Would definitely recommend!

We are so happy we found this team!
Everyone we interacted with was so kind and patient. They made sure all of our questions were answered and helped us make the right care decisions for our sweet girl to keep her happy and healthy. The next morning, they even texted us to check in and see how she was doing after having had an appointment! Couldn't have asked for a better first vet experience in this city and we are so grateful we lucked into finding them!

After two years of obtaining care at Mercer St Vet, the practice continues to amaze me with their responsiveness, aptitude, and supportive approach to veterinary medicine. Dr Love and the entire team are extraordinary. The nurses, vet techs, and front desk staff are warm & communicative. From preventive care to mystery illnesses to challenging conditions (Happy Tail Syndrome anyone?) - we've brought it all to Mercer St Vet and consistently received exceptional care.

We adopted an adult cat (Tug) from the shelter who needed some special attention and the folks at Mercer took such great care of him (and us!). They took a wonderful holistic approach to animal care, and really helped make his transition into our home much easier.

My partner & I brought our American Bully in today, we had a great experience! The doctor and the vet tech loved on Coco and made the visit very comfortable! This will definitely be our primary vet from now on! Thank you Holly & Sabrina! Coco loved you guys as well ❤️

Everyone who works here--the vets, the vet techs, and the staff--are incredible. I've been so impressed by the amount of time, attention, and care they've given to me and my dog as she gets over a nasty bout of kennel cough. Can't recommend them enough!

You can tell just how much they genuinely care about your pet. My dog is usually so scared of the vet. Here, she is just a bit nervous until she sees a member of the staff. They helped us navigate a knee issue, annual vaccines, and testing. Their prices are fair. Also love their vaccine text reminders!

Love Mercer Street and Fremont Animal hospitals. Both of my dogs receive great care. I like that they talk through all options, provide me estimates for every detail, and don’t push things unless necessary. It’s expensive, but I know they are in great hands!

Started with Mercer St. Vet Hospital since I needed an urgent care appointment, the service was so amazing and they were so helpful that I now use them as my primary vet!!

I have nothing but rave reviews about this group. Each time I have been there the staff has been courteous, kind, efficient, and informative to me as well as my young dog.
I travel a distance to maintain my dogs health and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this group
