Absolutely rude. I called on a Saturday to inquire about a part for my 79 Mercedes and the man wanted 200 dollars, to which I responded "200 dollars?!" He hung up on me, so I called back, thinking that we got disconnected. He yelled, "I don't play games. I don't have time for this." Way to go guy, apparently you haven't developed your business and people skills beyond the level of a fifth grader. I would not recommend doing business with this kind of boorishness.
