What can you say about the feeling of coming home after 5 years! I purchased 2 Mephisto sandals here in 2017 and let’s just say that I wore them to their death! On this trip to Seattle for a cruise, I made sure there was time for another round of Mephisto sandals! Three sandals later I’m a happy lady! Michael is the perfect person representing Mephisto! He’s charismatic, personable, but most importantly knowledgeable in his trade. My sandals will be shipped home without any charges! That way my luggage weight is not compromised any more than it already is!! What a pleasure meeting Michael.

I have never been better cared for in a shoe shop. Michael is kind and friendly. He is dedicated to his craft and to providing the best fit possible. I plan to shop here every time I need something. The shoes are exceptional. The service at this location is superb. I have happy feet!

I have yet to see how the shoes will work out for me in the long run, but so far so good. If you have a serious pre-existing foot injury, I would NOT rely solely (sorry, all these puns are not intended) on any shoe store for medical advice. But in terms of shopping experience, I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received at Mephisto Shoes.
