Had a wonderful tour and then had to deal with the rudest leasing agent, Tim. He not only was nog knowledgeable about the room I was hoping to rent out (provided wrong information via email) but had the most unprofessional attitude. Would not recommend.Edit-After seeing the comment below, wanted to clarify that I had reached out to the apartment and a message was sent to the manager, Reza, who did not return my call. The comment below paints a nicer version than actual staff.

I moved into Maris when it opened in December 2021, and moved out April '24. Changes with office staff, especially the new'ish manager were mostly negative. He had a very hands off approach. The previous manager was personable and fantastic.I always appreciated the work of the maintenence crew. Hard working, eager to please, and a friendly group.Would I move back if that's where life took me? Yes, but with zero expections from a property that describes itself as having "luxury apartments." I think it's currently the only property in West Seattle with built-in air conditioning, and that's very appealing. The perk was a/c. That's it. Maintences, too.I've read the other reviews, and in Maris' defense the parking garage isn't described as "secure." It's controlled access which is entirely different. Unfortunately break-ins happen all over town. Residents play a big part of the building's security and controlled access; holding the door and casually letting people in is courteous, but can lead to issues.Needless to say, 3 stars for air conditioning.

Loved here for two years now. Building management and staff is always extremely rude and u professional. Back when they had the original staff when the building opened, was when this apartment complex deserved the 5 stars.

Apartment seemed great with I first moved in. However, if I’m paying $170 / month for “secure” parking and I found find my car broken into. NOT worth the price for the LACK of security.

Zero stars. this place sucks. TERRIBLE management. they won't let me park anywhere in the parking garage and they told me to park on the street. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. i get a parking ticket. i tell them that i've spent hundreds of dollars in parking tickets and they told me to park MILES away from the apartment. so yeah. spending an extra $100 a day just so i have a stupid parking spot. whoever the owner is, get your shit together. you already charge $3,000 to live in a box. do better. now i have parking tickets up the ass because of this place for literally no reason.

I've been living here for a while and although my review was previously negative, it's been better (or I got used to it)If you are looking into living here, keep in mind that phone signal is bad and internet provider options you get are not too great

Welcome to the Dog Kennel!Pros:Close to bus routes, and downtown.Good appliances.Cons:Overpriced for what you get. Rent went up quite a lot after the first year.Terrible wall isolation from sound. You can hear your upstairs, neighbors down the hall, and any dogs barking in the hallways.Dog hair from carpeting in the halls, and main lobby. This tracked into my apartment, and there was dog urination, and drool in the elevators.Noise levels are terrible. Extremely loud sirens from the fire station nearby, and constant AMR responses. Street traffic is loud even at 4-5am when you're resting. Loud motorcycles, and modded cars with no muffler. Horse-powered cars with super loud engines rev down the street consistently. No nuisance reduction from the city, or police. THIS IS HOTROD ALLEY!!!

Lived here for a year. Wonderful place to live: (1) clean & new microwaves, dishwashers, dryers, ... (2) close to wholefoods / trader joe. (3) the small hill behind the apartment is always where you can go for a walk, and you can have a wonderful view of seattle city skyline (4) welcoming and efficient property managers - they always solve you problem (5) public spaces is always clean.

Nice, but the building trembles, and you can hear the Wi-Fi

I’ve loved living at Maris! The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Mark who helped me throughout the entire leasing process and put up with my constant emails and phone calls for weeks leading up to moving in! He was so knowledgeable and patient with me every step of the way. Zachary was also a lifesaver when fetch (who we thankfully don’t use anymore) wouldn’t deliver some of my packages and he made sure they got to me. Huge thanks to Mark, Zachary, and the entire staff for everything they do!

Mark helped make our stressful move in easy! He took the time to make sure we found the apartment we were looking for and was such a pleasure to work with while doing so. Thank you Mark for going above and beyond for us. You really made living at Maris an easy choice.

My husband and I moved into Maris apartments in the spring. The staff was absolutely wonderful and made our move-in process very easy.We were unable to tour these apartments in person before we moved and they exceeded our expectations. Amazing natural light and everything is well thought out for easy apartment living. The storage is great and the rooms are designed to get the most out of every apartment. AC is a bonus! We used all the amenities and loved the rooftop fireplace. The entire staff made a point of getting to know us and our dogs. It is nice to walk into the lobby and be greeted with a friendly "Good Morning!" Each time we had a request or question it was attended to promptly and professionally.Recently, we found a house and the exiting of the apartment was just as easy. I will miss the staff who work so hard to make Maris a great place to live.

I've lived at Maris for 6 weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartments themselves look modern, crisp, and there were no issues at all with my unit on move in. Appliances and plumbing work well and are not bottom tier. The building itself seems well designed for natural light, which is important for living in Seattle. The staff is always very pleasant and is almost always available. I had some delivery issues, but they quickly helped me get the issues resolved.Lastly, the location in West Seattle is superb for living in Seattle. If you prefer the less busy side of living in a city, without living in a true suburb, youll enjoy it here. It's a 4 minute walk to anything you need!Highly recommend checking it out!

I have never been happier with any place I have lived. The staff is welcoming and nothing but helpful every single time I walk out the front door. It's truly luxurious with an amazing view. I recommend this apartment highly, I'd give them ten stars if i could! I have had plumbing issues also but they have been addressed as soon as they were reported, in the properties defense they are still working out the kinks of a brand new building and are addressing them with the utmost urgency and are always apologetic and fix them immediately. Luckily there are restrooms in common areas so it is not that much of an inconvenience.

I’ve enjoyed living here! The apartment is modern, updated, and has new/smart appliances (including AC). All of the staff on the property are kind and very helpful. Riza, Odree, Summer, Mark, and Zach all go above and beyond to ensure your living experience is the best! Just yesterday we had Ben and Jerry’s in the lobby! All the facilities are nice and very secure (including the bike rooms, garages, and elevators). The proximity to the amenities of the junction is great while being on a white still being able to be on a quiet street. Great access to public transit as well.
