Terrible customer service, not sure who the guy was/is but can narrow it down. HE plays pretend and applies makeup to his face. Buddy should prioritize on enhancing his customer service skills rather than playing with makeup. Expected better, especially for a place that correlates to professionalism in sports.

Went to a game Friday. Great stadium n as usual high prices foods n beers. Won't go again. They do not have a smoking area anywhere. Non smoker's "woke/rights" are insane. Can hardly smoke outside anywhere. Revolution is in the wind

It's extremely disappointing that the Mariners store only has ONE rack of XLT clothing. And only a few things to choose from IF we could find his size. What all Seattle sports stores need to know is there are really tall people who would like to represent!! I wanted to buy my husband a few new things for Father's Day since we flew in for two games. (t-shirts being one of those things and there weren't any!!)
Customer service is always really good! I did, of course get things for myself and my grandson. But I'm really disappointed for my husband!
Please do better for ALL tall people!

Great selection of Mariners' merchandise! Huge selection of hats and jerseys! Not all players have all the jersey designs for sale according to a staff. Merch can get really expensive but they are official and there are some on clearance. The store is also open during home games!

Lots of gear, lots of choices but, really expensive! I understand the need to make a profit but my goodness the pricing is ridiculous. Other then that, good store.

This is where you go to get your authentic signed baseball memorabilia the prices are high and of course they are your buying them at the stadium but you are for sure to get the real stuff
