I've been with Magnolia Insurance since I was 16, under my parents auto policy, and stayed with them ever since. Many cars and homes later I can say I've always had good experiences with its team of professionals - knowledgeable, helpful and friendly people - what more do you need?!

It would be impossible for me to be more positive about my experience with Magnolia Insurance. After years of half-hearted representation I found Brydie Anderson and she has impressed me over and over again with her diligence, professionalism, and wonderful advice. I really feel that she is my advocate in the confusing world of insurance. Brava!!

I have had positive experiences with this group after changing to them 5 years ago. When I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist my SAFECO agent wanted me to pay for it. After frustrating calls and e-mails with her, I called my agent at Magnolia and they were willing to help intervene so they covered this accident and did not make me pay a high deductible. I have car, home, umbrella, earthquake and sewer coverage with them. Customer service is the best.

They gave me a decently priced quote for event insurance via email. Nancy wouldn’t work with me via email and asked I call to purchase - but I couldn’t get ahold of her on several occasions. When I did get ahold of her, she couldn’t process my purchase because the event was “more than 6 months away”, even though it was less than 6 months away. She said she would call me at the beginning of the month to complete the purchase and forgot.All in all, annoying given that there are multiple, less expensive insurance options that you can now purchase in less than 5 minutes online. I tried to keep it local, but she lost the sale.

I attempted to find my own quotes for car and HO coverage. It was extremely time consuming and frustrating because it simply is not my area of expertise. I was referred to Toni Matous at Magnolia Insurance and she took over with ease. She had familiarity with all the insurers in our state and she also asked the pertinent questions that no other agent had taken the time to ask, including the agent I was currently insured with. That morphed into much better coverage for less than what I was previously paying. She made switching carriers easy and stress free!

This agency is great I have been with them awhile now and they are always available when I call. They answer my questions and are always willing to help. Nacy one of the agents there is always looking at ways to save me money and make sure the things I own are covered correctly. She is great at her job and explaining my coverage to me, she clearly knows the industry well.

Toni helped me avoid what I think would have been a very difficult situation if had tried to go through an automated insurance quote process. The townhouse that I purchased had complexities with the HOA insurance coverage and previous water-damage. I originally found Magnolia Insurance because of their stellar reviews and I can confirm - they are 110% accurate. They not only had the most competitive rates when compared to other insurers in the Seattle area, but they're always willing to take the time to answer questions and talk through different coverage options to find the best fit for me. I've had the pleasure of working with Nancy for almost 3 years now and she is by far the most knowledgeable and personable insurance agent I have ever had.

I really enjoyed working with Toni. I was referred to her by my realtor to procure insurance for my new home in the Seattle area. Toni has worked with my wife and I for years, on home, auto, rental, and umbrella insurance. I can always trust her to be friendly, and save us money, provide us with all the information to make informed decisions, and communicate and respond promptly.
