This is one of the nicest building on 5th.The offices are on the top floor. You have access to closet, bike racks, etc. if you work here.Security is great too. A lot of space and places to sit and de-stress. The seasonal decorations are also very great to see every year.

What a fantastic view. I attached some pics from the 14th floor. You can see down into gardens. This is really close to the Seattle library and an Amazon go store.

Neat energy. This is a unique building and it's not ashamed. The parking garage is nice with limited blind corners. The fireplace is a nice thing in the winter and the whole vibe is relaxed.
