I paid for my car and I've been waiting for over 4 hours now and I am still not closer to getting my car. Their forklift driver keeps moving 1 car then disappearing for 20 mins over and over. Nobody seems to care here , so I guess I will have to place a complaint with SPD and WSP.

I frequent the auction here and have been for a long time. Due to the situation with the r.v.'s and all the other junk cars there, the yard is so full they can't really operate anymore. The cars you buy from here are really only good for scrap unless you want something that has been demolished with a forklift by the yard guy or smashed into by the drivers. Lame

Unprofessional place. Some kid (no more than 19-20) was running the forklift moving cars around and completely scraped up my car and shoved another car into a car that had a person in it trying to start her car. I filled out a claim and so did she, and I’ve heard nothing back from them. Awful experience!

My car was towed to the north Aurora location at approximately 2am on 12/29/23. The tow/impound and inventory record lists my vehicle, and inventory listed as a phone. When I went to the lot at 9:30am on 12/29/23, the phone was missing, and the vehicle had obviously been rifled through, with the center console and trunk contents disturbed. When asked about why and how my car's contents had been stolen, they didn't have a reply, other than there are thieves in the area. The gates are locked and there is an electrified fence surrounding this giant mud pit, so who could steal car contents other than employees and their tow truck drivers?? When I finally got my car removed and towed to a body shop, several independent tow truck drivers mentioned to me how terrible this business is-- how they completely disregard people's property, moving vehicles around without trying to keep cars from damaging other ones, etc. This business should be shut down.

We reported our truck stolen in April 2022, and got a letter from them in Nov 2023 saying they were going to sell it at auction. No previous contact, no nothing until this. They had the truck in their lot for 17 months with no communication. Our insurance information was in there, the vin was correct and undamaged. They also would not let us see the photos from when they brought it in. The truck had lots of damage and missing parts, but since they won’t let us reviews their photos we assume that it could have happened in their lot. We don’t live in Washington but made arrangements to have it picked up THE NEXT DAY. Very disappointed in their Communication

They towed my car out of an alley when it was blocking nothing; another car that was similarly illegally parked garnered only a ticket. I believe I was towed because of discrimination on account of my car being full of stuff. Basically they thought I was homeless. The ticket marked the car abandoned. No one checked to see that my dog was in the back of the car. (Once alerted of this fact the towing company did nothing.) After panicking, because no one left any sign whatsoever, I ran through protocols for whom to call (police, humane society, still the listed towing goodies). These were wastes of time because everyone's systems updated at their own rates. Also, this establishment doesn't answer their phone. So I didn't know where my dog was and I didn't have a way of getting to him for hours because of standard operating procedures. Speaking of SOP, multiple violations of the same were committed that day. I still had to pay over $250, not including the ticket.

A horrible experience- contacted them Saturday and was told due to Lincoln towing being understaffed would be best to come by Tuesday when they could guarantee car would be positioned to drive out. We went there Tuesday paid our fine and were sent into a mud pit of hundreds of cars. There were workers down there with zero idea where car was. Most of the workers were doing nothing expect the one young man on the forklift who was moving cars around. We were told to just walk around with our clicker in hopes of finding car. We finally found it cramped between two cars that appeared totaled. Very unprofessional service- shame on Seattle for sole sourcing with them.

They have many locations and one phone number, which they didn't answer. For 6 hours. No email, but they did have an app to enter your vin to locate your car. It didn't work. Finally I drove to one of their tow lots and asked where my stolen van was towed to, and the condition of the van. They refused to tell me the condition, but they did tell me where it was. I paid the tow fees to retrieve my van, but alas, it was totalled. I told them they could keep it. Two stars because the service I received was a thousand times better than at Lincoln towing Chicago.

When I got my car back they had gone through my car. The seatbelt was tied around the stealing wheel. I feel very uncomfortable. My car is always parked where my camera can see it so I don’t know who else has access to my car but them. They also kept my tow hook covers from both front and back of car and bent my front bumper. So I get to pay tow fees plus damages and live with the fact that they opened my car and did stuff inside of it. Not cool at all. If I could sue I would for that. They wouldn’t even let me review the cameras to see what they did to my car when they brought it in. They just said no because they don’t do that kind of stuff to cars and no one went into my car. They only had the car for 4 hours.

I got my car towed for parking incorrectly. Lincoln towing had my car over the weekend and some how damaged the passenger door pretty bad with a forklift. Why was my car moved with a forklift???? They also caused damaged to my driver side suspension system. When I arrived to tell them about the damages they acted like they didn’t know what occurred. if your car has been at this lot I would take good inspection before you take off in your vehicle. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen.

HORRIBLE!!!!! My car was towed after being stolen and I went to pick it up right away and it was already blocked in by multiple cars. After paying to retrieve my car, I was told there was no one who could help me unblock the other cars and that I needed to come back the following day. The lot looks like a junk yard and is littered with clearly abandoned vehicles. There were multiple men walking around the lot in broad daylight with crowbars stealing peoples batteries and belongings out of peoples cars and when we told the people in the office they didn’t care. There is also a driving range next to the lot and golf balls were flying in and smashing peoples windshields. City of Seattle should be ASHAMED to utilize this “business”.

Destroyed my car and the staff is very rude,Went there immediately after my car is being towed, but was told they doorman already left and cannot open garage for us. Called them 10+ times the next day to make sure the door man is there to open the garage and get car out, but did not respond to me call until afternoon, after getting there I found out they broke some parts of my car after towing it. Worst towing company forever

Bitch and moan about tow truck companies all you want, they can be a pain in the ass. I get it. However, I had a positive experience. I had locked my dog in the car (like a dumb shit). I called them, and within 45 minutes, they arrived and got the car open. It was a small thing, but they charged me a reasonable fee...HALF of what the other companies wanted to charge. Thanks! Much appreciated.

My rating is at a major minus because I stood down at the SODO location for 2 hours and constantly calling them between 3 people. Mind you this is after actually getting through to them just for them to put me on hold long enough for the phone to start ringing again untill and eventually disconnected. When I finally did get through and actually talked to a female, letting them know that we were on our way and would be there within 15min. and asked if someone would be there, she assured me that someone would be there that would help us get my truck out of impound. We got there and no one came out and of course none of there numbers answered, two hours later in the freezing cold, we decided to leave cause my ride couldnt wait any longer. Now I sapose I have to pay for another day.
