Was going to enroll my infant for care at 7 months of age. After orientation I cancelled our enrollment. My experience is only for infant care and may (I hope) be different for older kids. There are no in person tours and you are required to pay first weeks deposit without being able to see the facility in person. Should have been the first red flag. The center director was less than welcoming upon meeting for orientation. We were talked down to and the entire meeting felt purely transactional. Little to no attention was paid to my baby. There is a 7:2 infant to teacher ratio which is to state regulations. One of the teachers barely paid us mind upon entering the infant room. Clean facility was the only pro. If considering this place would insist on an in person tour prior to enrolling and in general going elsewhere for infant care.

The staff and facilities at LPW are both fantastic. Our preschooler loves her class, and always comes home happy. Their curriculum has helped her writing and reading, and she is confidently marching toward Kindergarten thanks to the teachers at LPW. We have nothing but good things to say!

Both of my kiddos went here- one from preschool and one in their school age program. They always came home talking about the teachers they loved and the things they learned. Knowing they were safe and cared for was the most valuable thing! Zue was their favorite teacher!

We had a good experience with LPW. Our son was well cared there, the teachers are caring, skilled and professional and they took good care of the kids, they work well in helping the kids reach milestones. It has a small community feel, friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Lil People's world cared for my son from age five months to 18 months. They provide a terrific, caring, engaging, educational service. Their management is highly professional, communicative, and organized. Their hours are also great for working parents.

Simply fantastic. We had both of our children with LPW (in Shoreline) for just about the entirety of their pre-school time. It's a diverse building where people get along, follow the rules to keep kids safe, and continually find ways to make their days interesting and challenging. We left for a short time to a boutique daycare, and came running back...they just do a wonderful job (and it doesn't hurt that, among others in the business, they are priced the most reasonably). We were with them through the pandemic, and they kept things together with grace and talent and hard work and we are truly appreciative. We tell every family we know that this is THE place.

Our daughter has attended LPW since before she could walk and is about to wrap up her last week before starting kindergarten. The entire staff got to know our daughter so well. They make learning fun, and our daughter often will share a "did you even know..." then share a fun fact about what they learned. I really can't imagine her having a better pre-k experience.

Updating my review from 2 1/2 years ago. My daughter is now in her last week at LPW before heading to Kindergarten in the fall. She has been there since before she can walk and we couldn't be more impressed with the entire team. The teachers and entire staff get to know the students like they are their own family. When my daughter was shy during their pre-school graduation performance she went directly to one of her teachers to feel "safe" (despite both my wife and I being in the audience). We've had a fantastic experience and would/do recommend LPW to friends.

Our son started at Lil People's World when he was 2 and made his way through four classes, multiple teachers, coveted friendships, and priceless lessons. All along the way he thrived and blossomed. The team here is exceptional in every way - support, structure, communication, and compassion. Our son is more than prepared and excited to transition into Kindergarten in the coming year and we could not be happier with our time and experience. Without question we will miss you and are so appreciative of all that you have done guiding our boy. Thank you LPW!

Our son attended LPW (Lil People's World) from ages 2-9: before kindergarten, for full-time day care, and then for after-care once he started elementary school. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience! Throughout all of those years, the staff kept our son safe (yes, a few expected bumps and bruises!), they taught him, they guided him, they comforted him, they communicated with him, and they praised him while also holding him accountable to his actions. The center's leadership (Ms. Jenee, Ms. Angela and Ms. Britt) were always approachable, available, open to feedback, active listeners, and willing to get involved when needed. Our son formed strong bonds with several caregivers at LPW over the years, even as he matured through multiple classrooms. One of the high points of our experience was the way the center handled the Covid shutdown - they knew how essential the center was for working parents, particularly as the schools shuttered for months, so they worked really hard to reopen as quickly as possible, all the while prioritizing the kids' health and safety. Finally, we have loved this center's commitment to DEI - not only do they teach inclusivity but they also model it in their own actions and through the diversity of their staff. We found this to be a very welcoming environment and loved the wide range of people, experiences, and perspectives represented at the center.

The teachers and faculty are warm, friendly and enthusiastic about creating an exciting environment for our kiddos! My daughter had a tough transition from being at home full time with me to preschool post Covid. However, the teachers and staff paid close attention to my daughter's needs and it truly helped her a lot. My daughter is always looking forward to going to school to play with her classmates and learn from her teachers. Special shoutout to Miss Christina and Miss Angela who's helped my little one gain her confidence at school!

We had a great experience with Lil People's World! As new parents, we were apprehensive about finding the right daycare for our child. But from the moment we visited, we felt comfortable and knew we had made the right choice. The staff - led capably by Ms Jenee - is warm, welcoming, and very caring. They provided a safe and nurturing environment for our child to grow and learn. We also appreciated the fun and creative activities that our child got to do, thanks to the amazing teachers like Ms Nika and Ms Maria. The team at LPW is passionate about what they do, and it shows in the care they provide. We highly recommend LPW to any parents looking for a supportive daycare for their child. Thanks to everyone at LPW for everything you've done for us!
