Chloe & Tracy was very pleasant, we chatted up a storm. Very warm welcome, as we’re traveling from the east coast. Gave us great recommendations. Kind folk and cool gear in the store, they got Human made - which is neat. Don’t know much about the store itself, but it was a cool experience! Thank y’all!

Came from Canada to visit the shop in SLU.My girl and I would say that customer service in general is not the same these days, a lost art even.We were pleasantly surprised and happy to receive some of the best customer service here. Right when we walked in, we were greeted promptly and made feel welcome. Christian informed us of all the new product in the shop and was genuinely just showing us around. Came to the footwear wall and shared some great product knowledge.Didn’t seem overbearing and it really enhanced our experience. Walked away with a new pair of sunglasses and couldn’t be more happier to support this business. The shop presentation was top tier and the brands were presented in a beautiful way. Daniel was also great to us adding to the overall great vibes.10/10 - keep it up y’all!

LIKELIHOOD looks like a boutique selling fashion items, but they are actually a shipping agency whose income comes from shipping fees. They appear to sell at low prices, but they charge both shipping and return shipping fees. Even when I ask for a refund due to the seller's error that the color of the product on the webpage is different from the color of the actual product, they charge me for return shipping. Their income is not from the sale of goods, but from the shipping and return shipping fees. The screen capture is white, and the actual color of the product is gray. There is no explanation on the product page that the colors may vary.

They could not care any less about their customer's. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost if you care about receiving quality products.

Horrible customer service. Sent me a damaged shoe box and hit me with the final sale bs. Shoe box has 2 holes in it, shipping box was in great condition. So they sent shoes knowing the box was damaged and still deny me a refund. I wouldn't recommend buying shoes from here.

Staff was so so helpful, literally the best clothing store in Seattle. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh fits.

I visited this location at the recommendation of a representative through the Nike app because they had a particular shoe I was looking for in their inventory and was not currently available at most other places. Fortunately, this store was within reasonable driving distance from my residence which allowed me to save some additional cost I would have incurred for shipping, and being in a downtown location there is a parking garage right next to the store which they will validate the parking ticket which I also appreciated. The store presentation displaying the different footwear they offer made it easy to view all of the shoes in a limited amount of space which I found to be very nice. The salesperson I encountered was very pleasant and eager to assist me in obtaining the shoe that I was there to purchase. They did have the shoe in the size that I needed which their website and representative from Nike stated which is always a plus for me because that's not always the case. The salesperson quickly retrieved the shoes and assisted me in trying one on even though I had my mind already set on purchasing these shoes so I appreciated the additional effort. They had contactless pay and paperless receipts, these minor details helped add to my good experience, and I would return here again just to see their offerings if I'm in the area. The only thing that I didn't like particularly about the experience was its website design. I feel there was a lot of effort put into the design, layout, and general navigation but the UI and access to things left a lot to be desired. It was also fairly difficult to figure out exactly were they were located or just the actual address so I could pull it up on my map app, these can be found by digging around some but it could benefit from being easier to see and access, same for where to park because it was just randomly lined at the bottom of a page. Also, the 10% discount code I was offered online for creating an account didn't seem to work with any of these shoes I tried to use them on and the limitations of the code aren't explained anywhere I could see so it's trial and error I guess, but their prices were very on par with the same shoe from other official retailers so this has no real negative impact on my experience. They could also use some sort of search engine optimization because when searching for this particular shoe they did not come up within the page or two I combed through and this is close enough to be considered a local store and possibly why they still have this shoe available when it's fairly limited everywhere else, I guess in my case it worked out for the better.

I wanted to change my review, Daniel worked with me and I was able to return my sneakers without a problem. Thank you!

Cool items- don't buy anything from their website. it MIGHT get to you after several headaches. they will not help you at all if any issues arise. save your time and order somewhere else.

Very reminiscent of the shoe-store on Capitol Hill. Shoe selection was typical. Wasn’t really an experience! Which is funny because most “niche” markets really focus on the experience of acquiring said product

These guys are such a pain to deal with. Big scammer vibe. If something is wrong with your order, even if it's not your fault, they will try everything they can to screw you up rather than helping. Go somewhere else for your own sake.

Love the brands they carry here. If you’re a fan of niche streetwear and high-end clothing, this store won’t disappoint! Friendly staff and amazing interior design.

Great little store, always a fun selection of sneakers to browse through. I wish they had cheaper options for the clothing, however. They carry brands like Human Made, Carhartt WIP, Carrots, Issey Miyaki, Stussy etc - the cheapest shirt you’ll find is $50. Just wish they had better options because for that money, I’m usually buying better quality online (eg Grailed/eBay thrifting, SSENSE sales, etc). Now that FOG Essentials are sitting, it’d be great if they carried more brands like that. Would keep me coming back.Shoe selection is also best in Seattle. Only place I’d find Salomons and Yasihuro shoes sitting next to Jordans and NBs. If you pull up shortly after a drop, you’ll pleasantly be surprised by that sneaker you had your eye on but didn’t pull the trigger. How I got my first pair of Salehe crocs :)But yeah, great store. I wish it weren’t so claustrophobic and that they had a better list of options to consider, but the staff are great and it’s so fun to actually shop when you’re looking for a new pair of sneakers or elevated streetwear.

This is a SHADY store with horrific customer service. Avoid at all cost. The customer service is horrible and dishonest. I spent over $1500 on many products in store during a shopping trip and wanted to return an item. I was not told policy re:returns nor was it posted anywhere in store. After many communications both on phone and in email I was told no problem re return and then a week later told I couldn't return the item. I was lied to multiple times. AMEX is currently investigating on my behalf. There are other places you can get these products. The customer service here is horrible and VERY SHADY. Avoid at all cost and don't support corrupt businesses.
