Liberty mutual through safeco is the worst insurance I have ever experience 1) They recommended that I should NOT call the police when I was rear-ended by un-insured driver 2) paid me 70% of what my clean title perfect condition truck was worth after accident. 3) Insurance adjuster ignores 70% of my texts/emails.

Liberty mutual broke the law multiple times they lied to me and even though I have legitimate claims they will not pay out or do their job...they lied multiple times and most of the time will not answer their phones or return voicemails... I am not understanding why I received this review... I thought you get review inquiries once the claim is closed which should still be open... this is what I'm talking about... I left voicemails with supervisors who never returned my calls.

The righttrack app is a bait and switch tactic that they cover-up with a discount offer. I bought the insurance and when I downloaded righttrack it said my device wasn't compatible. (It's less than 2 years old.) Losing the righttrack discount is going to cost me between $700-$800.

No. I will absolutely not answer another question, Especially a question i have already answered MULTIPLE TIMES.I've been injured for over 3 weeks at this point. I have intereacted with you personally over a dozen times, over a dozen days.What has my insurance company done?I came to you people for help when i have been Struggling outside of work.I've effectively lost my job because they refuse to work me.I've lost 5 pounds that i didn't have to lose.I've lost my place.You could easily say that all of that is my fault and you would be right. All the detriment in this world stems from a lack of individual ability. All of these problems are my personal responsibility.But you are the insurance company i was told i could go to for help in my time of need. I was told UPS has already paid you $46,000 dollars because i am using their workman's comp. Where has any of that money gone? Is it your companies job to take money from other corporations and give nothing to the people who are injured? The hospital can get some money. You can get some money. I am left to starve.Why haven't i seen a single penny in nearly the ENTIRE time it has taken to recover.Why has the only help i have recieved from you people been a load of 20 questions every other day.For all of your words, I haven't seen one concrete action. I'm sure if i still had an address i would be receiving a medical bill for the X-ray i had performed.No.This is unacceptable.I'll just hang you people in the court of public opinion and continue to struggle through my life without your assistance.Once again, I'm not answering another question untill i see some tangible help.And I'm throwing this email as a bad review on every physical location you have near me effective immediately. I will continue to find 5 physical locations every day for the next month untill i see any actual help.$240.. it's basically nothing, but when ypur dominant hand is broken, it could mean the difference between eating over the weekend and not.Sincerely,Veteran Aaron Lindsey

Not a great insurance company. Maybe things got this bad after they moved over to liberty mutual. You would only see the issue once you open a claim. Feel sad with this company.Their premiums might be low, but its for a reason.

This company and its predisesors provided business insurance to me for around 20 years. Their renewal process was very cumbersome for a small business. They fees kept going up with no effort to assess fees versus needs. Finally, during Covid, we were deemed non-essential and had no work for several months. We were unable to pay for coverage. My agent was not helpful in finding options, so we left and found coverage at approximately 20% of the cost charged by LM. LM has dirtball law firms calling me for payments on a policy with no claims on a business going out of business due to Covid restrictions. Go elsewhere for coverage

They are after money. Very bad customer service. They don't even have a contact for customer service in their app. I never got help following up with wrong information in my driving record. Customer representative put me on hold for almost 30 minutes and had to give up and hang up. Once they have your card information for recurring payments that's final. Won't recommend

All agents in this company would do everything to stop you from getting an refund and would not be responsible from the beginning. They would say that your insurance carrier has left the company so any problems that require a refund, you are out of luck. Do not use auto pay as they would take advantage or that. There are more bad agents then good. This insurance company is the most unreliable out of all others. You are also out of luck if you want to complaint. Again, if they get a hold of your money, they would never give it back, not even if you request for a refund. Irritated! They would not refund money for a policy’s on a already sold car! I wish I can give them a half star.

Fire everyone in your marketing depatment. They make the worst and most annoying commercials of all time. They are so bad I will never get your insurance even if it's the best and cheapest. I rather pay three times as much to an insurance company that doesn't repeat their own name a dozen times in each commercial, especially with annoying yellow minions. I hate your commercials so much if I ever found out that my future children got your coverage I would have them aborted.

You know I used to think that when all others failed we finally found a company that was legit. But once again I was proven wrong. In 2020 there was an incident that later that yr said they wouldn't renew our policy. Then when I was going to pay our last bill in Jan 2021 all of a sudden we were able to renew our policy. Guess what happens a yr later? We get the same letter with the same reason an now we are going thru the same issue as of 2020 except now they say 2020 was a system error so it was ok to renew an now this time for the same issue they are making some new excuse to not insure for the same reason of 2020. It's a joke. They can go home at night an be just fine because it doesn't happen to them but they don't care about the people they do hurt an legal issues that happen because of.

No judgements on the people working there, but Liberty Mutual is the worst insurance company and ultimately, will not be there to help their customers.
