This place is pretty great! They are super pet friendly and a lot of residents have friendly dogs.The leasing team is also the best I have encountered in my apartment living life. They even host 3 or 4 events a month for the community.

Very cute, modern apartments with some solid community. Dog friendly and queer friendly too!Francisco helped me find the perfect space to call home and was SO patient and helpful! I’m so thankful to him for all of his help during the move in process and after!

I've been living here since August and it's been a wonderful experience. The overall location and community is amazing. The management staff are so great and so very helpful with everything they do. Jeremy, Francisco, and Ashley , thank you so very much , the amount of care and dedication you have to the residents here at Leilani is unmatched to anything elsewhere.

What a lovely, friendly & clean environment! The communal amenities including the gym, pool, theatre room and other spaces are fantastic. The staff are always kind and helpful and they clearly love everyone's pets.

I am blown-away by the maintenance team at Leilani. After living in many apartment communities in the Seattle area for the past decade, my experience at Leilani has been incredible. Last night for instance my toilet was clogged after my kid threw a couple of paper towels in there. I put in a work order at 9:30pm and the team showed up at 8am! Before the website even had time to catch up on the order. They speedily went to work in the middle of the morning rush. They were respectful, KIND and neat. They fixed the clog, and while they were at it they also fixed the bathtub drain, my dryer which wasn't running well, checked in to see if there were other issues, fixed the settings on the heating (which we has messed up and couldn't figure out) and even tightened up the door handle as they left because they saw it was loose. Above and beyond. And they are always smiling, friendly and respectful whenever we run in to them around the buildings.

I'm a new resident and I plan on providing more updates as I continue my stay, but I do want to give an initial review that reflects the staff. Everyone has been great! Francisco Crisanto specifically has been fantastic. He's super kind, patient, and he communicates extremely well. It's a fantastic dynamic to work with because I am indecisive, I lose my thoughts mid-sentence, and I live in a constant state of panic. He easily helped resolve any issues that I had, and I probably had issues aplenty. He's the best.

From the onset, Francisco made us feel at home, even before we finalized our lease. He tailored the experience to our specific interests, showing us everything from parking options and mail services to local walking areas and UHaul parking arrangements. He diligently followed up on all the matters we had discussed, ensuring that each one was resolved to our satisfaction—a level of service that I’ve rarely encountered. My wife & I just finished a weekend in Seattle for the specific purpose of assisting our recent college graduate son with an apartment hunt. He solidified a job offer there on Monday. We parked our car in the reserved visitor space in the covered area on the left side. At the door, we followed the instructions to press the sequence for announcing our arrival. We repeated the sequence numerous times, while quickly realizing that there was someone in the office. While we acknowledge that this person was on the phone, there is no excuse in simply remaining totally inattentive to us while on the phone, without a single visible acknowledgment of our presence. A courtesy wave to us, or, any visible signal to ask for our patience would have been the very least that we might have expected. I don't have a definite reason for her failure to act properly, although I have my ideas. Fortunately, and, unexpectedly, she saved us a lot of time. Within the same hour. we received a most pleasing engagement at a different apartment complex. This included a full tour of the complex. That subsequent location has a host of advantages, including many well-executed, built-in features, such as a rentable guest suite, rentable theatre, meeting rooms, business center, fitness center, within easy walking distances to numerous shopping and eating areas. This is where we have decided to rent an apartment right at the end of next month.

I’ve only been living here for a little over a week but it’s been amazing so far. Great location, quiet, and the apartment has everything I need. Francisco has been super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He made the move in process smooth and has been checking on me to see if I need anything. I’m happy with my decision with Leilani (:

I just have to say that one of the leasing agents, Francisco Crisanto was AMAZING!! My experience was top tier. The first moment I stepped out of my car to come tour the place, Francisco was right there waiting for me! He was very welcoming, inviting, knowledgeable about the property, and super cheerful which helped calm my nerves about having to move. You are for sure in good hands with Francisco :)

Absolutely fantastic move-in experience. I can't comment on what it's like to live here yet, but the staff have been helpful and friendly and the apartment was stocked with some essentials (like a plunger!) when I moved in, which I thought was a great touch.

I have not lived here yet, but I am having a great experience during the leasing process. From the first call to to the point I walked in the door, Maxim was incredibly friends, professional, and kind to my mom and I. Very efficient at answering all of my questions (including the ones I didn’t know I had).I have never “looked and lease” before but thanks to this helpful team I found a great home and can’t wait to move in!
