horrible customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND they try to charge me $400 for something that westlake tires down the street charged me $80 for go to ((WESTLAKE TIRES )) they are the best !! Helped me in need and also didnt overcharge great customer service

We called in they said they have the tire when we arrived they said they had done. Then we asked for a spare tire and they said they have no spare tires for our vehicle not to mention the tires they were trying to sell us where double anywhere else was charging. Then they laugh at me. Very unfriendly called me a gringo. Wasn't expecting them to be racist. It's probably a good place if you're Mexican.

They wanted $45 for a beat up used tire i went to discount tires in burien got brand new tires $41a each i also needed a 14" rim from them they found 1 i bought it went to tire factory to get my new tires mounted & balance& installed they tell me that latino tires sold me a 15" rim insead of the size 14" i needed & asked for & bought from them they guy @ discount tire shows me inside of rim i bought from L.U.T. plain as day said 15" inscribed on inside of rim good thing discount tire had a size 14" rim around & traded it out rite with no extra cost. What kind of supposedly business thats supposed to be knowledgeable in their feild of business makes such a simple mistake on top of that the older guy who is in charge was very rude wont be goin back there ever!

Bought two used tires from them and I ended up with mismatch tires with the wrong size. I have staggered tires and the rear tires are suppose to be on the back and smaller ones on the front. Guess what?! He had them switch around. Don't buy from this guy. He doesn't know what he is doing.
