The fact this company still exists is a testament to how even those with down syndrome can succeed in America. Working with Omar was an experience unlike any other, though I am proud of Lang Towing for employing people who struggled in middle school

Would highly recommend Lang Towing and Amar who were just amazing at coming quickly to help me unlock my vehicle on a cold Seattle morning at 6am! They were amazing and so kind. Please use their services.

Faraj and Moe were all doing amazing jobs to help me get my car out of a muddy area. Their service, professionalism and techniques are definitely top-notch.

Lang towing is awful if your car is towed for a parking violation. While the folks on the phone seem nice, here are all the scammy things they do: 1) they charge you $80/day for storage, but they only notify you that they have your car by US mail, so by the time you know that they have your car, you already owe at least $160 to $400 in storage fees on top of the $335 base towing fee. 2) they have very limited hours for retrieving you car -- M to F 8 to 5 -- so if you get the notice after 5 pm you end up paying another day's storage because you have to wait until the next day to get your car, and heaven forbid if you need to work that day 3) So they send you to Ballard to pick up your car, but you car probably isn't actually there. So you go to Ballard to pay your exorbitant ransom fee for you car, and then they say, oh, sorry, you have to go to some forlorn corner of south seattle to actually get your car, but they don't tell you this until you've already arrived in Ballard --- by bus, because they have your car (duh!). 4) ANd in my case, when I arrived at the Ballard office Friday at 4:20 pm, well before the 5 pm closing time, the office was locked up and no one was there. Called the number, said they'd try to reach a driver to come meet me and too my my cell number. I had to call them back to find out that yes, a driver should be there in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, still no driver, and now their phone line has stopped working. Finally at just over an hour when I was about to leave, the clueless driver shows up. Finally manage to complete the transaction with this guy who is clearly a bit lost about it all, and he tells me to go to this south seattle location to meet a guy there for my car (remember: I have no means of transportation with me). Thank goodness 2 guys from Penske were also waiting, and they were kind enough to drive me down to the lot which was a half hour drive away and little more than a mud yard. In the end I got my car back, quite dirty due to the mud, but otherwise unharmed. But they sure did not make it easy.

These guys helped me out huge in the middle of the night 10/10 service. I couldn't have asked for better down to earth people. They helped me out in a really bad situation and I couldn't have asked for better. They made sure I got my car where it needed to go and then made sure I made it home safely just really great people.

Called for a tow yesterday. Was given a fixed rate of $175 + taxes which we agreed. Dan the driver shows up, says its gonna cost another $25 to turn the car around and tow it from the front as it was parked with its back out, which is still confusing me (Im paying you $175 to tow and $25 to start the tow??) Cherry on top is that Dan somehow runs into a buddy of his while towing the car and they literally start chatting up and snapchatting the occasion and talking about an upcoming party later that night while we are awkwardly standing there waiting to drive off. Was not really expecting much but this was a complete clown show from beginning to end.

This is the worst and sketchiest towing company in Seattle. Their goal is to make it as hard as possible for you to get your car back, and they will lie to you repeatedly and then overcharge you. My experience with this company was one of the scariest things I have done. They simply are not qualified to be an operating company and they surely have no business interfering in people life the way do. The workers are humble and try to help you out yet the company is simply corrupt and nothing is able to be done. Never would recommend, safety levels low, respect is low and communication is horrid! 0/10!
