I've been to many (most?) of the consignment shops in Seattle and Labels is my favorite, as both a seller and a buyer! I don't even live nearby but it's worth the drive. I've sold my things on consignment here a number of times and it's always a smooth experience - you just have to plan ahead because they're in-demand and booked out. As a shopper, I find the best things here! It's the perfect mix of being well-curated while still being fairly priced for the high quality. I have bought items here from Patagonia, Everlane, Madewell, Levi's, Sorel etc. Also their instagram has the best outfit inspo :) It feels good to avoid buying brand-new and also feels good to support a female-owned neighborhood business.

My favorite consignment store in Seattle! I pretty much always find something (usually too many things) that I want to buy from many good brands and are in great shape. A much better price point than other good quality consignment stores in town and much cheaper (and better for the earth) than shopping for new clothes. The staff are kind, helpful, and not pushy at all. I have successfully sold there many times and enjoy the cycle of selling/buying. Labels is a happy place for me that I have been going since I was an actual child with my mom. Now I meet my best friend there so we can shop together. They are also dedicated to the local community!

Fantastic shop! They have a well-curated collection of high quality, reasonably priced pieces. I found a wool skirt I loved so much that I wore it out of the store. The customer service is also on point. The salesperson I worked with was so friendly and helpful. This is my new favorite spot for clothing. Thank you, Labels!

Nope. Not coming back. When you're rude and treat customers as if it's a hassle, don't expect folks to return. You helped three people before me who addressed you after I had. Literally you ignored me. I dropped the shoes on the counter and left. Pay attention to your community. Never will I visit Labels again.

As a shopper - fun to browse - not too crowded, prices are reasonable. condition varies from new, like new to fair. Shoes are great. Great to have in the neighborhood. As a seller -appreciate appts even if it takes up to 4-6 weeks notice. Store is selective, yet at times, the products for sale might be more worn than what I have on offer. Store is focused on keeping items seasonal. Usually - buyer takes 2-3 items out of 25.

Actually ZERO stars, but that's not an option. I will not be stepping foot in this store ever again. I've been in 5-6 times in the past couple of years and bought a couple of items and the person working is always really snotty and rude, but I just chalked it up to them having a bad day and I got a cute item so whatever! Today I took items to consign, I probably had 50 items, mostly Athleta, Lululemon, Blondo booties, Adidas teenies (never worn) etc, all brands they carry regularly and she didn't take a single item and made me feel like trailer trash! I always leave there feeling like a loser so I won't subject myself to it again, guaranteed! Terrible service and clearly the owner is doing this a a hobby and doesn't need money because she's rude and condescending on a regular basis.

I love Labels! I shop and consign here regularly. I also worked at a consignment shop for several years in Bellevue, so I have a good sense of how consignment works, fair pricing, etc. Their selection is well- curated, items are in great/excellent condition, and I've found normally out-of-my-budget brands at good prices. The owners of Labels have fun with fashion and they care about the community and the planet. What more could you ask for?!

I think my entire wardrobe my be from here at this point! I am a lifelong thrifter and this store is impeccable. Amazing brands, all the clothes look brand new, the curation is perfection, and there is always new inventory. Everyone is super helpful and going here is just a delight! 10/10!!

Absolutely adore this little neighborhood consignment shop. I love popping over during lunch or after work, and have gotten lots of gems here at a fraction of the original price.

Colorful and organized shop with an eye catching social media presence! This is one of my favorite shops for consignment (to sell and buy). The owners of this family run business are thoughtful and have a range of sizes. It is clear through the in-store selection and Instagram posts that they are trying their best to be inclusive and conscious of what items they take to sell. At the shop everything is clearly organized which makes it easy to shop (maybe too easy? ?). Their consignment policy is also generous with a 50% payout from the selling price which is more than other stores I’ve found. If you’re in Seattle, go to Labels!

I love shopping here — it’s for the days I don’t have time or energy to sift through tons of thrift store clothing. It’s very well curated (lots of bright colors and prints) and I always find at least 2-3 great pieces (especially dresses). The prices are reasonable in my opinion. Jewelry and accessories are super cute too. One of the best consignment boutiques around!

What's happening? Been crazy going downhill. This last time I literally saw glasses that you get free with a desert from Costco on sale for $8.00 marked as candle holders. But yet they keep passing on my Fiesta, lithophane, Waterford, ect... and some of them are crazy rude. So sad been going there for years.

Often come to look through the racks and get a piece or two. The clothes are good quality, more expensive than Goodwill but smell nicer and more curated. Good shoes and accessories as well.

Moving from Scandinavia to Seattle I was used to shop in beautiful consignment stores in Helsinki and I was struggling to find anything similar in Seattle. Yesterday I visited this store first time and got so excited. It is amazing and found two brand new items with tags on! Got classy blazers and a dress. Will definitely keep this on my mind in the future also.

The best consignment store in the city! Every time I enter this magical store I want to buy so many lovely things. It's well curated and new items arrive daily. Frye, Kate Spade, Prairie Underground, Reformation, Free People - it goes on and on. Plus the owner has made shopping on Instagram a breeze and I find excellent pieces I might miss in the store. The mission of the store is inspiring and the owner a strong advocate for inclusion, kindness and buying second-loved to help our planet. Go! You will find treasures!
