I went to this LabCorp at Northgate to get a blood drawn there was nobody to check you in only machines and I thought I had done so correctly with the machine did not work and I needed assistance. I saw several people go before me. I reached out by standing up and talking down the hallway to try and find someone and a woman yelled at me and told me never to do this and to go back and sit down they will address my concerns when they are ready. I chose to leave after being treated so poorly. And then I was sent a text I could come back crazy oalace. I would not could not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Thanks for reading and hope your take away is to avoid this place.

I see a lot of complaints about staffing and wait times, and I really think that’s luck of the draw. I went in on a Wednesday at 1:30pm and only had to wait 15 minutes as a walk-in. The phlebotomist was so kind about my partners needle phobia and found his vein quickly. It was all over in a matter of minutes. Excellent staff!! Wait times will vary.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I arrived at around 8:10am as a walk-in and waited for about 45 minutes, but the staff was extremely kind and efficient. There were only two staff, but it was clear they were doing their best to get folks in and out quickly!

staff have you check in on machines that don't work. The are a first come first serve type of place so make sure you book enough time to wait in the lobby for a bit.

I waited 90 minutes for a draw. Two different people poked me and moved the needle around and then told me to leave because they couldn't find a vein. Isn't that their job?

Lab only staffs one person? They were running late and there were 20 people lined up to get blood work done 15 minutes after opening. 0/10 would not recommend

This location is extremely slow and understaffed. You will have to wait at least 2 hours for a walk-in, even if you show up within 20 minutes of the lab opening. Appointments may be faster, but there are rarely any openings unless you’re reserving months in advance.
Multiple reviews from several months ago are all saying the exact same things, so don’t expect anything to change in response to all this feedback.

These people are completely incompetent. Made me wait over an hour after checking in only to tell me they don’t have a TB test in stock. Then they gave me the incorrect collection sample containers. They make you check in and sit there for quiet some time just to return lab samples.

It’s a tragedy that we as a society are forced to use such a terrible lab company. Closing early as a healthcare provider without notice or at least any rational is crazy.

The slowest lab I've ever been to. Staff doesn't even try to speed up, chatting with the patients and waisting other people's time instead.

Waited for awhile before someone got me and then said their systems were down since Weds and expected to be until Monday so short of the ER, no testing is happening.

I went without appointment and the wait time was only 30 minutes. Decent amount of parking space for visitors in the garage. Went for routine blood test and it took 10 minutes.

It’s been an hour and a half just to get paperwork signed after the receptionist said it’ll be 5-10 mins…. Labcorp NEEDS TO HIRE ANOTHER PERSON… Don’t be cheap!!!
