3 years in a row I have got outraged by this company. Here's what always happens:1.. My Dr. submits my blood for a lab test and includes my insurance information.2. They immediately send me a bill DEMANDING payment immediately. This bill rises to the level of being rude. Instead of sending a polite letter telling me that my doctor neglected to include my insurance info. The bill they send is very intimidating and in very fine print says please fill out the back with your insurance info.3. I go online and provide them with my insurance info.4. They send me another bill immediately after I give them the insurance info DEMANDING payment. This is now the 2nd bill within a ten day period I have received from them demanding payment. Now this rises to the level of harassment.5. I call LabCorp and they now tell me that my doctor neglected to include my insurance info, but they have now billed my insurance company.6. I call my doctor and he says, "No I sent them your insurance info with the original blood test request."Now I am very upset. They were rude with the first letter and it should have never been sent since my doctor gave them my info. Now they are harassing me with a 2nd letter. This company needs to go out of business. Unfortunately I can't rate them with 0 stars or I would.

Came here to get my blood drawn. I had two experiences where the hours on google didn't match what was on the door. Went on a Friday and they closed at 4:30 PM but their online hours said 5 PM. They also take an hour lunch break so be prepared. Coming in on a week day mid day, I was in an out within 15 minutes, the nurse and counter person were pleasant.

Some tips from my November 2023 visit for pre-employment drug screen:-There is only 1 person working: as receptionist, test administrator, and sample processer. They were patient and pleasant.-If you CAN make an appointment, you really should. I waited for over 1.5 hours as a walk-in, with no clear idea of how long it might be. I was prepared to wait for another 3-There's no bathroom for use, so plan your bladder fullness carefully lol.-When you get there, check in with the self-service kiosk. If you're there for multiple things, check in multiple times.-The waiting room screen didn't reflect the actual waitlist; my name got farther down the list as people checked in, but I was still called in the correct order.Overall, stressful experience at a small and understaffed place, but the single employee did their best. Hope this job works out and I don't have to come here again any time soon lol

Nov6,2023 ; no show for the lab at 7:30am- as people lined up and waited. Nov8,2023 no show for the lab as people waited . Why does the hospital continue working with this 3rd party company? SAD.

They do not perform drug screening at this location. I was directed to walk down a sky bridge, and then take the elevator to the sixth floor. Walk-ins were accepted, but wait time was longer than 30 minutes.

Terrible location. Avoid this Labcorp office. Very unorganized and the lady at the front desk is rude. They make you wait a long time unless you complain about having an appointment and then they make stories as of the system not matching names,… it really needs a big improvement to become a place you may want to go to.

I had an appointment and the door was locked with the lights off. No signage about it being closed for the day or where to go elsewhere. If they were closed, I shouldn't have been able to make an appointment at this location. Get it together LabCorp.

I went to two locations on Madison. This one says open, though it is not. The other cannot do pre employment drug screens. Please adjust your business hours. I had to rush to Bellevue after walking over Capitol Hill with no result.

Lab Corp needs to be more detailed about thier hours operations for pre- employment drug screen. It was told from Google search that closed at 5 PM PST. The drug screen side closes at 4:00 PM. My employer will have to resubmit it. Waste of my time today.

Really good experience! As someone with a strong fear of needles, I was so nervous about getting my blood drawn because of all the scary reviews. All I had to do beforehand was drink water and stay hydrated before my appointment. When I got there on walk-in, it was about a 20 minute wait, which was pretty decent, all told. I felt like the vein in my left arm wasn't too visible, so I offered up the vein in my hand instead. However, Rosie was able to draw blood from my left arm with ease! Not a bad experience in the slightest. Probably one of the quickest and most painless blood draws I've had. The whole team was really friendly and patient. I appreciate their care and skill around something I have a lot of anxiety over. Just wanted to tell all the folks who have a similar fear of needles not to read into the reviews too deeply - I guess people tend to only leave reviews when they have a negative experience, so here's a review that's positive!

Unbelievably horrible incompetence. I came in for a scheduled appointment to get a time-sensitive, necessary, and slightly complicated lab test done, one that required preparation on my part. After waiting a week for results (which has never happened before, usually it takes 2-3 days), I asked my doctor's office to check in. Lapcorp apparently lost my results without explanation and said they'd contact me to reschedule the test (they didn't). I have been trying to reach them but the phone number does not connect anywhere and says the mailbox is full. I am not going back there for this test, which I still need in spite of hoping I'd never need to take it again, because I can't trust them at all. I now have to find another way to contact them to both try to figure out what happened and make sure they don't expect to bill my insurance for their gross negligence.

Their phlebotomist Muhammad managed to stick a 12g straight needle in my arm without me feeling it. Either my 24y/o arm developed a sudden accute case of neuropathy or the guy's fantastic at his job.

Some of my visits here have been okay and fairly quick. Some not so much. At my last visit, the technician laughed at my anxiety around needles and then attempted to make me promise to give him a good review. I promised "a review," so here it is! They don't seem to have any regard for dizzy patients, they have turned me away with a time-sensitive drop-off, and they never pick up the phone. There is a woman sometimes working the desk who is kind/helpful, so at least there's that.
