“We had an excellent experience working with David and others at A1 Cabinets & Granite for our kitchen remodel! From the moment we walked into their store, we were greeted with friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy salespeople who showed us around, answering all of our questions. After visiting several different stores, we found the quality of the products at A1 to be very good and their customer service was far and beyond what we experienced at other stores.
During the design process, they helped us with ideas for different layouts to maximize functionality in our space. Their installers were skilled and efficient and we are very pleased with the overall look of our cabinets and countertops!
There were a few minor issues after installation. I contacted David and he sent his crew back out twice to address all of our issues. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service at A1! We will definitely use them again for future needs.”
“We used Cabinet Works for our new kitchen remodel. We had a design but Jonas, the owner, brought some great design ideas that we incorporated. We were interested in using CW because they tout using all plywood construction for their cabinets, which we really wanted after having cheap Ikea cabinets made of particle board. CW is an old-school shop and makes everything by hand. The quality is great and they did all of the detailing as we wanted. Their installer, Vald, did a terrific job with the installation and really helped us get it right. I would ask for him as your installer. We are pleased with how things turned out and it met our budget.”

Store rep. was helpful with logistics on handling mirror as well as I appreciated her saying she thought it was a good deal. Once bought, secured in trunk went back in to finish shopping, bought a few more things & accidentally left my gift card and credit card behind?. Phoned & thanks to Claudia was able to learn both had been found, retrieved! Whew! All store personnel were helpful, friendly.”

“I went to Sur La Table at Pike Place Market looking for a high end set of knives (something I'd never spent money on before). I was given fantastic customer service from Charles who went out of his way to explain the ins and outs of their selection allowing me to try them out on their cutting boards with celery sticks. This was a few months ago now, but I absolutely love my knives and was so thrilled to have someone at Sur La Table take the time to help me find what I was looking for. Great shopping experience!”
“I can not say enough good things about my experience with Pius Kitchen and Bath. At our first meeting Tara brought my dream kitchen to life on paper, she was able to get product in on a time line that fit my project schedule. She was in constant communication and made sure that everything would go smoothly in terms of delivery and installation. There were no surprises. Joey and Jonathan and the delivery crew did an amazing job putting 90’ pantry’s into an area with 91.5” ceiling heights. They were quick, proficient and thorough. The countertop crew were equally professional and quick. The finished space is such a transformation. I highly recommend Pius kitchen and bath - go talk to them and look at their product compared to what is out there- they are very reasonable and the service is spectacular.”

The manager (the guy with blonde hair) and his staff are always so courteous, helpful and efficient! I quit shopping in Lynnwood, woodinville and Bellevue because this store has a great selection, it’s neat, things are easy to find, there’s ample parking, and their carts aren’t littered with trash. Can you tell this store is my favorite and I’ll stop here first every time.”
