Extremely disappointed. I ordered an item an hour before closing time thinking they would have it ready by the time I got to the store. I showed them my order number and proof that it was me who purchased it. They told me they couldn't do anything for me because there was no confirmation on their end. I asked if there was anyway to bypass that option and she told me no. Kiel's, you need to step it up. Prehistoric system. Ulta would never!

Very disappointed by this store. I was on the pick up order but one day late. I feel the store could have done something considering how ridiculous is the 2 day pick up rule. Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave a 1 star review.I would avoid purchasing this brand in the future, especially avoid getting pick up in store.

I don't know you have tried to use any products. I have very complicated and combination skin, so I have used most skin care products for my skin. It is really hard to find them for my skin. One day, I've used Kiehl's skin care products, my skin was so much improved and better than using other brand's products. However it doesn't mean Kiehl's is best skin care products in the world. We all have different type of skin, so I suggest that you get some samples and try first. And also, staffs who are Kiehl's store at University Village are amazing, kind and knowledgeable. They will find perfect products for your skin. And if you bring empty bottles of Kiehl's products, you will get points, then later, you will have some promotional skin care products for free.

Anna is amazing! If you ever come to this location, you definitely want to ask for her. She is helpful, honest and knowledgeable. She knows her products and was able to find the right ones that fit my sensitive skin. Her care and attention to my needs made me feel confident with her recommendations. She always goes above and beyond in helping me so I will always come back to seek her advice. The products she recommended have been perfect for my skin!! Thank you Anna!

Best in-store experience of any Kiehl’s I have ever been to. Incredible employees offering a wonderful personal shopping experience. Great management, product curation, and top of the line selection. They have a huge back wall of samples that you can get after a purchase but they don’t pressure you to make a purchase to try some new product. Frederick is the best sales person there is.

Worst customer service/discriminationThe staff looks at you and forms an opinion that you would not be buying from them. We kept on looking at them hoping someone would come assist and when they didn’t we called them twice but they seemed to knowingly ignore us. I took my boyfriend there as I told him Kiehls gives personal recommendations for your skin but our experience was exact opposite. Someone finally ended up assisting us and we bought their product but I personally don’t believe people of color are welcome here.

Not impressed. I stopped in to pick up an online order and while it was pretty fast, there was no personality in the transaction. I also didn't realize that using a 15% new customer code would mean they would strip away all offers... I didn't get samples, I didn't get the kit with "deluxe" samples, and I didn't get my birthday lip balm - because I got a few dollars off on my order. Making that even better, I didn't even realize this until I got to my car after picking it up in store...The sad thing is, the associate didn't even talk to me about any other products or needs... and I would have absolutely purchased - I needed a few things. Very disappointed.

I'm not impressed - and sad, because I love the product, and used to love the stores and experience!
