Kids Club is fabulous. My daughter busses there from TOPS and I always have to drag her out at the end of the day. The teachers come up with imaginative themes each week and the kids have a mix of structured and unstructured time. The teachers are fun, diverse and thoughtful disciplinarians. When school is closed, Kids Club is open for "camp" and they do extra fun activities, like hiring a magician, going on walking field trips, etc. Couldn't be happier with this organization!

I have had my children at Kid's Club for all of elementary school (nearly 10 years combined by now) and have been very happy with the care all of those years. The care is consistently high quality, caring, engaging and fun. I trust Kids's Club with my children and would highly recommend it to any parent. Thier summer camps are also excellent!

Kids Club is AMAZING! They are an absolute lifesaver for working parents. Our kids love it, we love, and we know that you'll love it.Kids Club goes above and beyond offering care when it's really needed. They were open during COVID which was a huge help. They were open when there was a teacher strike which enabled us to work. The staff are wonderful and our kids love them; they complain when we pick them up early because they need to miss Kids Club.

I've had kids at Kids Club for the last 6 years and it's been a very positive experience. Variety of activities, good snacks, really something for everyone. Teachers are helpful and responsive. If you want to check it out, try one of the summer camp weeks. Their camps showcase their pricing and variety.

I went here when I was a kid from around 2005-2009. It’s unfortunate that the director who started there around 2007/2008 (Cathy Reed) embezzled $236k from kids club, because so many families (specifically low income families of color) were scammed as a result of her embezzlement. They were trying to say certain parents weren’t paying for their childcare to cover up the missing money. They also were revoking scholarships from families to cover up for said missing money. What’s more unfortunate was the way I was interrogated and traumatized by her and a staff there at the time named Katie Skorupa when they thought I knew that she was embezzling money because they assumed a staff member who was quitting had told me. I was treated like an animal by some of the ⚪️ staff at kids club, and this was a very traumatizing place to have attended as a student of various marginalized backgrounds. I hope that it’s a better place for Black and Brown students today compared to what it was back then. I never felt safe and I often felt bullied by certain staff members. That’s not to say that there weren’t a few great staff (Ryan G, Sam, Derrick), but overall it was a terrible experience as a kid.Edit: The experiences inflicted by the people named in this post reflect a real shared experience by students and families from marginalized backgrounds. I didn’t say anything that was dishonest, and I shared a fact that there *was* an unfortunate history of embezzlement that impacted many low income families (specifically Black and Brown families). There is no way to measure if any of these people have changed or reflected on the way they treated the students who attended, so we can’t assume that there has been any changes made by these individuals. What I can do is share my experience. I’m glad to hear that there is different management. I assumed there would be considering Cathy Reed went to prison. People get away with crimes like this for so long because they are enabled by people around them who also benefit at the expense of children, like Katie Skorupa. That is simply an objective truth. If this rating doesn’t reflect the present day environment of the club, then great. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be shared just because it was my experience from when *I* attended.

Fantastic experience as a parent for a couple of years now - couldn't recommend enough. I saw a couple of bad reviews here (one about a class trip that was not related to Kids Club!) and honestly I've never even heard a bad word said about KC from fellow parents or anyone else.

It was concerning for me to see some of the negative reviews when initially researching programs for your after school/before school child care needs. However, we ultimately decided to take a chance - as it is very convenient for otherwise busy families. I've been so impressed with this organization. My child is engaged in the activities and the care givers really know each of the children and are so attentive. I couldn't be happier and look forward to remaining engaged for years to come.

I have been battling with this organization for over two years now. They have charged me several hundreds of dollars that I have already paid - my son hasn't been there since early 2013. They sent me to collections for a fee that was paid - then I paid it without dispute in order to close on the home I was in the process of buying - only to receive yet another made-up bill! They won't take my calls, return my letters or emails. I am appalled that people I entrusted my sons care to have knowingly been screwing us over. They have already been caught stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from families - how are they even operational still? Time to seek legal action.
