I really want to like this place and support it, but they make it WAY too difficult to drop off consignments. I have gone in 5 times now on the correct days (only Sunday or Thurs) to be told they are "overwhelmed" and can't look at anything I have. I'll find another place to consign going forward.

Recently visited this location and received probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at any establishment even outside of the shoe industry.
