Want to see incompetency at its highest level. Keybank and its Normandy branch will serve you a hefty dose of it under the banner of customer service. On the phone I was disputing a transaction of 6 payments of $648 and the banker on the line was trying to convince me that 6×648=$1536 which was deposited in the account. If you want to learn new arithmetic this bank is well equiped

Worst bank in the Seattle area. The people that work here are extremely rude. If you're thinking about banking with these guys there are many more better options.

Worst service in the banking industry. Don't think about opening an account here. This is a stress you don't need. The people that work here act fake af. If you dare having these crooks store your money get ready for monthly fees and hidden costs. All those fees your paying will help support these rude fake tellers. Go find a bank that will care about you, unlike this place.

A shitty bank with shitty service. Wouldn't give me any change. If you can't exchange bills at a bank where the hell are you supposed to do it?

Worst experience I ever had, very rude, employees, customer service was non existent, they refused to help me while other key bank branches had no problem taking care of me, do not go here!!! I don't know who this owner is below, but he seems to be unaware of how bad is bank really is and seems to not realize he needs to fire some of employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be very careful with these folks. My father did business with them his entire business life, his personal money also. When he passed away this bank would not release his IRA money due to an error on their part. The bank would not produce the original documents, only what was on the computer screen. The litigation costs exceed the funds left, so the bank is happily keeping his remaining funds.

Would not except a passport as a valid form of i.d. I had accounts with Keybank for 4 years. My boyfriend wanted to deposit his paycheck, from a corporate restaurant, into my account. Tellers were rude and had never heard of doing a third party check. You work at a bank are you kidding? When i spoke to the manager she stated he needed to have a state issued i.d. to do it, that his passport was not a valid form of i.d. The federal government accepts it but nope not good enough for keybank. I closed my accounts since this is the only branch convenient for me to visit. Never had any issues at my old branch, Lower Queen Anne, but had nothing but issues at this one. Stay away!
