Thanks to the 2 employees there today that helped us out with a notary! Been to 3 places(one my regular bank-ugh!), and no notaries. I've been looking for a reason to change banks- their friendliness just might do it. One helped with the notarizing and the other manager and I chatted up the old Magnolia. He even brought old pictures out from the 60s and 70s. Thanks guys- you made our day just a little bit easier because of your kindness!

Excellent customer service. Trisha helped with a complicated process. She was friendly, communicated to me on the phone, in person and email. her updates were very helpful. I highly recommend!

Staff there need to speak up. Not talking loud enough for a 30 year old to hear while bank is empty is bad. Please have your staff speak up more.

Let me tell you something! I have been having so much trouble getting access to my account since I moved. I had created a passcode due to the fact someone got a hold of my social security number, but unfortunately I forgot what it was and I no lower live near any key banks. I’ve called the 1800 number and they have either hung up on me or had terrible customer service and did not help me. They stated I’d have to fly to Washington state and go to the branch to reset the code. As a single mother of three kiddos I cannot afford that. So I finally got a gold of a branch with a wonderful manager by the name of Tom who gave me outstanding customer service and was able to help me right away. He was patient to listen to my predicament and was super helpful. I cannot express the relief I now have and hoss we grateful I am to have had someone after an entire year to finally help me! Thank you Tom, this man deserves to grow with the company!

Worst bank ever. Fees for everything. Do yourself a favor and find a bank that cares and doesn't nickle and dime you for everything. Their "premium" service line for high account balances is offered free for any account balance by competitors. I opened an account with them with $50, and within three months without touching it, they managed to drag it down 40% in value with fees. Go elsewhere.When I tried to close they kept trying to charge an additional $25 "closure service fee".

The Key Bank team at this branch is awesome. I needed a service and was not even a member and they didn't even hesitate to help me immediately. I'm strongly considering switching banks after this kind of service! Thank you Trish and Thomas!

There are really friendly tellers at this Key Bank. Be careful backing out of the weird parking spaces that are angled parking ON the street, but fast and clean branch.

Lost $6,000 of my funds through a miswritten wire transfer and is making no effort to return the funds to me. Complaints filed with Fedeal agencies and civilcase to follow.
